Hi All,
Our Xerox C405 MFP needs resetting after only a couple of minutes of being on & printing. We can restart it (so resetting it) and it will print for a few more minutes and then needs restarting again.
Everytime the message comes up and says ‘Refer to online knowledgeBase or ocntact your system administrator’ 010-334
Lots of views around the web (& a friend of my parents who is a photocopier engineer) say it could be the fuser, any ideas/help? I’ve hoovered it out to check no bits of paper are caught (hopefully) but still doing the same!
Thanks in advance and hope!
Lee

Procedure
WARNING: Ensure that the electricity to the machine is switched off while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Refer to GP 10. Disconnect the power cord. Electricity can cause death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
Perform the steps that follow:
1. Switch off, then switch on the machine, GP 10.
2. Ensure that the fuser is installed correctly.
3. Check the drawer connector between the fuser and the main unit (DP612) for damage.
4. Check the connections and wiring between the heat roll sensor (P/J124) and the drive PWB (P/J416) for an open circuit, short circuit or poor contact.
5. If the fault persists, install new components as necessary:
• Fuser, PL 10.05 Item 2.
• Drive PWB, PL 1.10 Item 4.
• ESS PWB, PL 3.10 Item 6.

Xerox Color 560 010-334 and pausing during print jobs
I have a Xerox Color 560 that very often gives a 010-334 error when booting up from a cold start. When I reboot the machine, it starts up fine, but in large print jobs it will pause every 10-20 pages for a pretty long time. I have the feeling, because the fuser as cooled down too much (or the machine thinks so), it takes a minute to warm up before resuming the job.
The fuser is fine, and I also placed a new one, which led to the same problem. The contact point in both the machine as well as the fuser itself look just fine. The paper is regular 80 grams A4 and A3, and the paper type it set correctly. I also measured the voltage and that is around 225V which is fine (minimum for Europe is 220V).
The service manual doesn’t go any further than checking connections and replacing the fuser. What else could be the issue? Power supply? IOT driver PWB? MCU PWB?

the fuser contact in the machine, trace where does the cable go to. MCU? ESS? from there you can decide to try replace the board

- низкая температура или перегрев;
- открыта крышка фьюзера;
- бумага мнется или вообще не выходит;
