Вопрос:

Как убрать ошибку A042 325?? Что она значит ?

Ответ:

Необходимо понят, при этом аппарат печатает, или нет? Если все печатает, то просто переустановите firmware, если не печатает то устранить данную проблему сможет сервисный инженер!

  Thanks Rod. I was able to fix it. It also can be because of a bad drum. I replaced the Black drum and it worked. But now I have these strips coming on my prints. They seem to rotate the colors from Black, Cyan, Magenta and Yellow. I’ve run hundreds of copies and they don’t seem to go away. Any solution to that?

  Basic rules for troubleshooting

  Symptom appears in one color only

  Replace the color Toner Cartridge.

  Symptom appears in all four colors

  I have wc 5019 machine. 042-325 error came, i repalced main motor but the motor does not rotate… Theni check that both 2 motor to the other wc 5019. It was run. I replaced the main PCB.. Both motor can run n that new PCB… I need why that error came fr PCB.. But that code nly fr main motor running error… Plz need that reason for that..?

Procedure

Ensure that the electricity to the machine is switched off while performing tasks that do

not need electricity. Refer to

10. Disconnect the power cord. Electricity can cause

death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.

How to Check a Motor.

Check the +24V power supply to the main motor. The power supply is good.

Check the power supply circuit to the main motor.

Check the items that follow:

The connection between the main motor ( P/J212) and the drive PWB ( P/J405) for

open circuit, short circuit or poor contact.

•

The drive gear for wear, damage or bearing blockage.

•

Load towards the main motor.

Install new components as necessary:
