My game hasn’t worked with ACE enabled for a long time. It always loads a DLL error, more precisely the error «Extension ace_advanced_ballistics_x64.dll not found» every time I enter any mission.
I make it to the lobby, but it’s not possible to start the mission. I figured out a way to get around this: open the game with Battleye enabled, get to the lobby, disable Battleye and enter the quest, but that doesn’t work the first time, I have to try it a few times.
It also happens to not work and I have to close the game and open it again, repeating the steps. The problem is that I’m hostage to it and can’t play on servers that require Battleye turned on. I’ve done everything:
uninstalled the game and installed it again. I uninstalled ACE, CBA and installed them again. I have already copied the file «ace_advanced_ballistics_x64.dll not found» from other computers. Nothing resolved.
I suspect it has something to do with Battleye, who accuses the file in question as malicious, but we know it isn’t. I have doubts how to create an exception in Battleye, if that really is the problem.

ACE3 version 3.4.1.0 stable.
When starting Battlezone Altis ACE3 we get ace_advanced_ballistics.dll not installed.
I have put the file from the optional s dir called ace_advanced_ballistics.dll into the Arma3/dll directory without effect?

Where did you got ACE from? What ass has put the dlls in optionals :picard:
No this is strange, cause this thing was never happen on yesterday and it just happen today. even ace_advanced_ballistics.pbo is put (which is already in there) in ace folder but it’s not working and showing that message.
this message also shows up when you try preview in editor.

So Battleye is reporting it cant update because its master servers are down or unreachable.
Then it goes on to block a set of files from Ace3 including Ace_advanced_ballistics.dll
This is giving me the error. Is there any way of manually updating Battleye or make it not block the file?
Same here, i guess i just have to wait for Battleye to sort their servers out.

But please with the words seperated. Can’t stand brand names corrupting languages.

I can confirm it was BE, some thing happened here and I panic and started moving files and stuff, what a mess! I guess I need to stay calm next time
if nothing changes and you get an error message then it has to be BE

Without the Internet, when I try to start any mission from the editor, a message appears-. «Extension ace_advanced_ballisics.dll not installed» and mission does not start.
Thus, it is impossible to play in Arma3 with ACE3 but without Internet!
Once the Internet turns on, then the problem disappears and I can play. Please fix this problem.
Don’t start with battleeye … problem solved

If you are without internet, simply turn off BattleEye. That should get of the issue

A lot use Arma3Sync I’ve just re downloaded it to try out the desolation mod and it’s pretty straight forward. It would completely take away the issues of PW6 updating mods whenever ‘IT’ feels like it (a real pain when they do it just before an OP night). We should move to this asap, obviously there is the issue of hosting the repo but I’m sure the grownups will have that sorted. I like PW6 in a lot of ways but the sooner we move to A3sync the better. I wonder if anyone can code a .bat file to automatically add the PW6 repo for ease of use? Obviously those who use custom directories would be able to sort out the folder pointing on A3S them selves. |

Shimmer tried it first after i said Ash had just straight up deleted the battleye folder

Проблема с модом CBA_A3 + ACE3 помогите!
Без этих модов все работает как надо.
Когда устанавливаю по отдельности работает норм, но ACE3 просто ругается что нету CBA_A3
Когда устанавливаю CBA_A3 + ACE3 запуск проходит нормально но когда заканчивается загрузка и должно открыватся главное меню игру просто крашит и выдает ошибку:
STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION
Детали краша: Когда я выключаю вид мира на фоне главного меню, то оно работает но когда включаю сценарий снова крашит.
Пробовал параметры: -malloc=system -maxmem=6144 -maxvram=2049 -noLogs
не работают
Все моды последней версии
