how to fix bad execution address in ppsspp?
i remembered playing a small part of Undead Knights when i was younger, so i decided to play it now using the ppsspp emulator. it worked perfectly fine until around Chapter 10 of the story. the game will ask you if you’d like to save every end of the chapter and did the same thing once i finished Chapter 10. no matter which i pick, this is what pops up. someone had a similar problem years back, and apparently changed the CPU Clock to around 222 MHz. i tried to do the same, but it seems to only turn the screen purple? i tried to look this problem up a few times, but there doesn’t seem to be a clear answer
note: using the HELP ME PLS flair because no joke this problem has plagued me since the last time i tried to replay UK (about a 1-2 years ago). i assumed my computer then just sucked but i have a decent PC now so i can’t say it’s that anymore. hope this is alright!

g74f08bee2, same issues as latest standalone. Previous PPSSPP versions work before though.
Which game or games?
7th Dragon 2020-II [NPJH50716] (English Patch)
I’ve attached a save state just before the first enemy encounter. It works from 1.11 onward.

Have you tried to test older builds of PPSSPP?
The problem seems to go deeper, and really so, It seems to be in relation to my new game being an import save from my previous 7th Dragon 2020 system data and save, but I couldn’t do it in the latest build, I could in previous builds.
I’m moving the above issue to #14382.
Well it seems as if this crash happened at random, it happened during normal gameplay with an imported save. this issue needs to be looked deeper. Other than the savestate above, I couldn’t pinpoint exactly why it happens.
