I have recently jailbroken my iPhone 4s on iOS 9.3.5. Whenever I try to install a tweak I get this error message:
I have looked everywhere and I realized that the problem is because of having less available storage on device. However, I have 4 GB available. I have also installed ‘Stashing iOS 9.2 — 10.2’ but I still get this error.

How much system storage do you have? Maybe that’s low. You can check in Cydia.

And they say just click refresh in cydia because they are the same as Apt get update. But that’s not working.

Re: Need help with this error | dpkg-deb: error:
Hi
It’s telling you the error: no space left on device.
You need to free up some space on the partition containing the directory /boot.
Please post the output of these two commands into your next post.

Re: cannot copy extracted data for … failed to write (No space left on device)
Hi
your boot partition (sda1) is full up. You need to remove some old kernels.
can you post the output of this command
Code:
dpkg -l | grep -G "linux.*image.*"
That’s a capital G above.
Kind regards

Re: cannot copy extracted data for … failed to write (No space left on device)
Hi.
Open a a terminal and type
Code:
sudo dpkg -P linux-image{-extra}-3.13.0-{33,34,35,36}-generic
It will remove all but your newest two kernels.
Then type
Code:
sudo apt-get -f install
You then may want to remove the associated kernel header files.
Kind regards

When I did the first command i got this I assume just replace {} brackets with () ?Code:
wolfbot@WolfBot:~$ sudo dpkg -P linux-image{-extra}-3.13.0-{33,34,35,36}-generic[sudo] password for wolfbot: dpkg: error: --purge needs a valid package name but 'linux-image{-extra}-3.13.0-33-generic' is not: illegal package name in specifier 'linux-image{-extra}-3.13.0-33-generic': character `{' not allowed (only letters, digits and characters `-+._') Type dpkg --help for help about installing and deinstalling packages [*]; Use 'apt' or 'aptitude' for user-friendly package management; Type dpkg -Dhelp for a list of dpkg debug flag values; Type dpkg --force-help for a list of forcing options; Type dpkg-deb --help for help about manipulating *.deb files; Options marked [*] produce a lot of output - pipe it through 'less' or 'more' !
Also how do I remove kernel header files?

Re: cannot copy extracted data for … failed to write (No space left on device)
Hi
Sorry. My typo. Using my phone to type these posts and sometimes it auto incorrects my typing.
There’s a missing comma in the command. Try this instead.
Code:
sudo dpkg -P linux-image{,-extra}-3.13.0-{33,34,35,36}-generic
Then update as instructed in the last post.
EDIT: To remove the kernel headers
Code:
sudo dpkg -P linux-headers-3.13.0-{33,34,35,36}
Kind regards

Hi
Did you see the edit of my last post; removing the header files ?
Kind regards

You have corrupted download.
Remove problematic archive and retry:
sudo rm /var/cache/apt/archives/libc6-dbg_2.26-6_i386.deb sudo apt-get install -f

Hi there,
I’m getting an error doing a dist upgrade, running debian jessie.
Error is as follows:
Unpacking replacement libslang2:amd64 …
dpkg-deb (subprocess): decompressing archive member: lzma error: compressed data is corrupt
dpkg-deb: error: subprocess <decompress> returned error exit status 2
dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/libslang2_2.2.4-16_amd64.deb (—unpack):
cannot copy extracted data for ‘./lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libslang.so.2.2.4’ to ‘/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libslang.so.2.2.4.dpkg-new’: unexpected end of file or stream
Errors were encountered while processing:
/var/cache/apt/archives/libslang2_2.2.4-16_amd64.deb
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Me too! How to fix this? I can’t even install MobileTerminal or other tweaks because of this. I have more storage. 🙄

And they say just click refresh in cydia because they are the same as Apt get update. But that’s not working.
