Как лампочки моргают? Если синхронно обе враз, то заправил неправильно термоэтикетки. Если в разнобой, то чего то с печтающей головкой. |

+(3) Если первый вариант, то могу даже сразу сказать где неправильно заправил — там когда термоголову поднимаешь, то надо отстегнуть еще одну планку (металлическая) с датчиком. Этикетки должны проходить под ней. А ТТ лента над ней. |

Всем спасибо! Проблема была в том, что поумолчанию принтер настроен на термотрансфер. Поэтому для простой печати необходимо было изменить настройки. |

Acceptable supply voltage:
120V (-10%+6%) for 120V version

2. Is the fuse F1 on the Power Supply Unit
blown?
3. Is the Power Cable SA firmly connected
between the Power Supply Unit and the
Main PCB Unit (CN10)?
4. Is the Ope-pane Cable connected
between the Main PCB Unit (CN12)
and the Ope-Pane PCB SA firmly?
If it is not connect or is inserted upside
down, no LED lights even if you turned
ON the power.
5. Failure in the power supply circuit.
1. Supply correct voltage.
2. Replace with new fuse. If new fuse
is also blown when power is turned
on with the connector CN10
disconnected from the Main PCB
Unit, the Power Supply Unit is
faulty and must be replaced.

Вообщем ситуация следущая,
Стоит Citizen clp-621 печатали этикетки, кончилась бумага и он не допечатал 4 этикетки
после замены бумаги он перестал вообще печатать
когда посылаешь на него печать начинает гореть красная лампочки ERROR и он пищит
ПОМОГИТЕ в чем проблема Стоит работа СРОЧНО. Заранее спасибо

1) Очистите очередь печати.
2) Выключите принтер на некоторое время.
3) Включите принтер, попробуйте повторить печать.

Посмотрите по документации (на картинке) как выглядит датчик этикетки. Поставьте нижний ровно по середине этикетки, верхний по краю этикетки.

Завтра его привезут посмотрю.
Но там как все было выставлено так и стоит ничего не трогали
единственное что бумагу поменяли. На такую же что и стояла.
Первым дело на что мне надо обратить внимание???Что эта ошибка указывает???

Откуда: ЦТО «ИННОТЕХ» г. Мурманск
Стопудово датчик сбили. Там что у верхних, что у нижних датчиков фрикцион очень нежный — одно неловкое движение и все. При нажатии на feed если прогоняет толпу этикеток и вываливается в error — позиционируйте датчики. Если датчики отпозиционированы верно, feed устанавливает первый гэп напротив головы и молча ждет указаний.
Еще один важный момент: если позиционирования ни при каких обстоятельствах не происходит, проверяйте шлейф верхнего датчика на излом в месте оси подвеса рамы печ.головки.

не понятно, разве верхний не напротив нижнего, на нижнем белая риска, на верхнем острие теругольничка? Может все таки один излучающий(допусним верхний), другой приемный? Хотя на нижнем 2 глазка, можно подумать один излучающий, другой приемный: пока нет зазора идет отражение от этикетки, есть зазор отражения нет. Тогда зачем верхний, да еще и по краю этикетки. Кстати на край его и не поставишь, упор не даст.

Setup Confirmation of Carton Contents Removing the Packing Material The printer is shipped with adhesive tape in place to hold the top cover closed. Simply remove the two pieces of tape on either side of the top cover. Then simply open the cover by lifting up and tipping it backwards. There is another strip of adhesive tape that must be removed which holds the mechanism closed for shipping.

Setup Caution • Be careful when moving or carrying the printer and when taking the printer out of the carton. The printer may cause injury or property damage if dropped. Be sure to grip the printer housing firmly when taking it out of the carton. Do not grip the printer by the foam packing material which may break, causing the printer to drop.

Citizen Hint: To test which surface of the ribbon has ink on it, gently stick a small piece of adhesive label to the surface of the ribbon. When you remove the label, you should see ink on the adhesive label — if the label was touching the inked surface. -
