Прошивка с коробки была самая последняя, новее не выпускали уже (проверял через кнопку «Проверить обновления» и в ручную на сайте).
В режиме NONE, пробовал через порт 587 и с smtp.yandex.ru — это настройка работала на HiWatch.
А вот настройка через 25 порт и smtp-devices.yandex.ru не заработала с почтой на собственном домене в яндексе, а с почтой типа имя@yandex.ru — не пробовал пока.
DNSы другие указывать тоже пробовал, P2P работало, а вот с почтой повторялась ошибка..
По плану попробовать всякой фигни, в тч. сменить сервис почты, поменять адреса (может символ подчёркивания не нравится программе (не помню в чём, но где-то встречалась подобная проблема, что устройство/программа, в рознь стандарту требовала), может в поле «Отправитель» нужно что-то поменять..
Так же опробую через веб интерфейс..
Регистратор был куплен в приличном магазине на Али, заказывал я другую модель, но вышло так, что продавец упустил вовремя удалить карточку товара, который распродал, поэтому отправил мне ближайшую, но более дорогую модель, это я к тому начал, что вспомнил, что данный регистратор не в какую не хотел работать с 2мя имеющимися у меня мониторами HDMI 1080P, но исправно работает с аналогичными, но более новыми мониторами, поэтому допускаю, что и почта может поддерживать чуть меньше вариаций/протоколов, чем например в других регистраторах..
А так работает всё исправно и шустро, лица камера ловит, язык русский везде и не корявый, только один баг обнаружил, изображение со скрытых для пользователя камер, можно увидеть, наведя курсор и покрутив колесо мыши (функция увеличения области картинки), а ещё, но не могу считать это багом, т.к. от Dahua у меня меня других регистраторов не было, если левой кнопкой быстро два раза щёлнуть — открывается изображения с камеры на весь монитор, а если чуть медленней или только раз щёлнуть, то выбрасывает в главное меню, которое так же доступно во всплывающем меню, которое появляется рядом с курсором при щелчке правой кнопкой.
Отпишусь, при любом исходе)
А пока извиняюсь, если сильно отступился от поднятой темы, просто, пользуясь случаем, хотел бы поделиться, тем, что заметил используя свою модель, и может быть узнать, есть ли такие баги/недоработки в аналогичных моделях, у других участников форума.

В принципе через DMSS уведомления идут, на FTP тоже пустые снимки с несуществующих камер в момент срабатывания датчиков тревоги поступают. Так что можно обойтись без писем на мыло. Хотя осадок от китайцев-пофигистов с Дахуа остался. Больше никогда ничего их производства не куплю.

Свежие устройства вроде как справляются с этой задачей. Дело в том что Ваше устройство слишком устарело, чтоб поддерживать его работоспособность.

Ну вот, свершилось. С сегодняшнего дня и второй мой , уже гибридный, регистратор dahua dvr5104h-v2 , подключённый к интернету по выделенке, перестал передавать письма по емейл. Тест отправки тоже выдаёт ошибку. Перезагрузка ничего не дала. На компе с этого ящика отправления на ящик приёмник посылаю без проблем. До вчерашнего дня всё работало отлично. В остальном регистратор работает без претензий.

Претензии не по адресу. Внимательно изучите ограничения по отправке почты на сервисе. Для нормальной работы я убирал тестовые сообщения и минимизировал полезные. Для чистоты эксперимента проверьте на другом почтовом сервисе.

Капец какой-то. Точно такой же совет мне дали сегодня в Виатеке-представителе Дахуа в Украине. Наверное где-то в методичке написано. Я же объясняю, что до этих дней всё отлично работало, посылало в день кучу писем. Тест у меня отключён. Я уже здесь писал, что недавно та же проблема случилась с другим моим ДВР, только тот работает через 3G модем. Тогда я перепробовал сервисы снова Google (который вообще-то уже давно отказался работать с моими ДВР), AOL, Outlook, ukr.net, ранее пробовал mail.ru. Единственный, который работал без проблем — Yahoo, но теперь и он отказал. В общем-то, меня бы устроил DMSS, он посылает сообщения о движении (хоть и без скринов), но почему-то посылает далеко не по всем движениям, которые записывает ДВР и я не могу понять этой закономерности. Опять написал китайцам, но надежды на них практически нет, они совсем отморозились.
А что касается Yahoo, то я подозреваю, что свет на проблему проливает это их сообщение: Beginning January 15, 2021, automatic forwarding of emails from your Yahoo inbox to another email account will no longer be a feature of free Yahoo Mail accounts. Upgrade to Yahoo Mail Pro to use the auto forwarding feature at this time. Просто чуть позже запустили. В выходные ещё поэкспериментирую с гуглем, но надежды почти нет.

Забыл сказать, что платный сервис yahoo по автоматической отправке сообщений на мой регион (видимо страну) не распространяется.

Перепробовал в качестве сендера gmail, aol, ukr.net, i.ua, yahoo, yandex.ru и smtprelay.kyivstar.ua. Никакого толку. Оплатил в i.ua вип-статус, в котором они предлагают smtp-сервер. Дальше всё по их инструкции. Не работает.

Я тоже перепробовал мне кажется все.
регистратор dhi-hcvr 4116hs-s2
прошивка DHI_HCVR4116HS-S2 Версия по. 3.200.0004.5 Билд 2015-09-09 (я так понимаю новее нет?)
К интернету подключал через разных провайдеров.
и выделенка, и через 4g роутер.
P2P работает,
А вот отправка емейл через SMTP-серверы нет.
Пробовал через
gmail.com
mail.ru
yandex.ru
упрошенный режим в настройках почты поставил.
Пробовал настраивать и через smart pss
и через web интерфейс
и напрямую на регистраторе
Не проходит даже тест почты.
подскажите пожалуйста, что еще попробовать.

да что то DMSS тоже не удается
настроить
даже просмотр не работает.
Установил приложение Нашел регистратор по серийному номеру.
Логин пароль ввел.
Подключается и отображает только 1 канал (как раз на котором камеры нет).
Остальные каналы не видит.
Несколько раз сбрасывал настройки, удалял и заново подключал устройство.
Либо 1 канал показывает. Либо вообще не одного.
В приложение EasyWiewer работает все нормально.
То есть проблема не в регистраторе.
Может подскажете что не так делаю?

я прошивку выше выложил. прошиваете, русифицируете, сбрасываете. инструкции внутри. без актуальной прошивки не о чем говорить.

But the SMTP did not working, i try ti use Google and MY isp still the test not pass.
what can i do in order to resolve it? as for now i do not know if someone come to me or not

Have you gone into your google account and allowed third party apps? Google blocks SMTP by default. Google or search on this forum is your friend.

No typo’s in the smtp server? are you using correct smtp server?
You can try to ping the smtp server via the command prompt and see if ICMP packets are are returned. (Not all smtp serves are responding to ICMP packets) But you can try.
Is your account valid? Maybe locked out.
It should be quite easy to setup the smtp server.

Try to setup tripwires via IVS under event.
I prefer IVS more then motion detect and it works great.
I set a filter on my email server to filter out the start and stop event and only see the snapshot that is made.
Try to play with the tripwire function.

Same problem. I’m having a heck of a time trying to get my Dahua email notification to work for my DN-IPC-HFW1320s. I followed all the steps in this discussion — google-allow third party apps, port 465, enter mail receiver, hit plus, then save, but I only get failed connections. I tested my settings by getting Thunderbird and entering all the same information — works like a charm! I tried to set up using yahoo and then att since I have att uverse. Those didn’t work either, but I did get quite a few health alert emails when I set everything up for att! I’m confounded. Any help you can give, I’d appreciate it. I know, it should be easy!

Port number must match authentication. Did you use SSL with port 465? Or TLS with 587?

Thanks for your suggestions. It is working now — for how long, I don’t know! As indicated by my initial request for help, I had done something to make email alerts sort of work for a short time (I received health alerts — which stopped abruptly). It turns out that I had switched from static mode to DHCP. What seems to work now is setting everything up for gmail or even att with static mode and the correct DNS server and alternate server. With the SMTP page all set up for gmail or att, I try the email test and it fails. I then switch to DHCP, log out and then in again (once I figure out what the IP address has changed to) and then the email test works! In the mean time, looking at the TCP/IP page, I find that the preferred DNS server has changed to 192.168.1.254 and the alternate is 1.0.0.1! So, I seem to be up and running as long as I follow this exotic ritual, but for how long, I don’t know. Anybody have a clue as to what this is all about? Thanks for any help.

Gmail accounts are the only ones I’ve been able to get working for the last several months on Dahua recorders; everything else was failing miserably. I would comment/tell you more, but that’s honestly all I can think of right now as possible problems; I don’t set up email notifications very often.

I tried gmail. Didn’t work too. Did you have to match the primary and alternate DNS in the TCP/IP to that of the router isp? Someone tried this and it worked but my router isp DNS are all 0.
My NVR is connected to a relay that is connected to high power siren that can be heard over one mile. I don’t want the NVR to enable it whenever it encountered critical motion detect. So I want to receive an email first to confirm if there is intruder and hit the siren button at gDSSM to scare him off.
Is your gmail realiable and send message without any delays (maximum of less than 5 secs)? If 3 minutes late, the robber can disable the NVR and siren.
Or have you heard of GSM alarm system where it rings your phone at detection of intruder? It appears this is more reliable, isn’t it? CAn you or others recommend any brand?
And please others give more email setup suggestion in the dahua to make it work. Thanks.

The reason I don’t use the email notification option is because of the delay. Sometimes you get them instantaneously, and other times it takes twenty minutes. The push alert notifications through the mobile apps have always proved to be much more consistent and reliable for me…as long as it’s working.
I’m going to have to go back and see what I did last time. I’ll take a screen shot.

Maybe it’s better to get those separate security systems where upon pir detection, the system would dial your phone. CCTV pir and email notification doesn’t seem to work reliably. What separate security system do you know or use that can dial the cell phones right at the moment of pir detection? And does it work reliably?

I have just about spent a month focusing on cctv at night discovering them.. last point before I forget about them… I just can’t make even gmail work in the dahua nvr.. what’s the secret how to make it work? Someone says only adjusting dns setting can make it work.. what do you think?

The DNS settings in the router do not matter since you have public DNS server(s) configured on the NVR(8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4).
For gmail settings:

User Name: your full email address (including @gmail.com)
Password: (email password)
Receiver (email address to send the alerts to)
Sender your full email address (including @gmail.com)

I have tried every combination imaginable in 2 Nvrs. It just couldn’t work. What I haven’t tried is plugging the router cable into the built in poe port (default ip 10.1.1.1).. but it can mess up the ip of the router which is 192.168.1.1 I remember someone mentioned email can work by using the poe port.. anyone can clarify all this once and for all?

I’ve used the following post from my supplier to help me with a DVR I purchased in the past. This should work with your NVR as well. The interface may look a little different, but it will all be the same. Make sure you use the web interface to configure. There is a select box for TLS that is not available on certain levels of PSS.

Hi Guys! I know this is way too old of a topic but i tried everything you did and it didn’t work. Except when i turned ON the «Less secure app access» setting from my google account under the security section. After that it worked with port 465 and SSL encryption. Cheers!
