355 Hydraulic oil temperature high. WARNING! Do not use hydraulic functions until the hydraulic oil temperature falls below 70°C. Contact
service if the fault remains.

356 Sensor error, hydraulic oil temperature. Possible to continue operation. INFORMATION!

357 Brake system, accumulator pressure low. Reduction of engine rpm. STOP! The pressure in the accumulator,

that is, the brake pressure is too low and the service brake capacity is limited. Check the accumulators’ sealing if the pressure does not build up and is not maintained, see chapter 6 Inspection
and maintenance. Contact service.

370 Particle filter engine. Clean within 30 minutes. INFORMATION! Clean particle filter within 30 minutes. See separate manual for particle

604 Voltage feed error PWM outputs, ECU 796. Hydraulics not functioning. INFORMATION! Turn off the hydraulic

functions. For electric servo, check if the breaker switch for load handling is pressed down.

605 Communication error XA-PWM, K2. Hydraulic functions not functioning. INFORMATION! Restart ECU 796

by switching the ignition on and off. Contact service if the fault remains.

428 — короткое замыкание в цепи датчика наличия воды в топлива
1229 — короткое замыкание в цепи 2-го резистора педали акселератора

Прозванивайте проводку, проверяйте разъемы…

по 428-му — снимите фишку с датчика наличия воды в топливе, оставьте ее висеть, и включите зажигание. Если вместо кода 428 появится 429 — меняйте датчик.

    Гидроцилиндр экскаватора — классический гидравлический двигатель объемного типа. Он нужен для трансформации гидравлической энергии в механическую, которая и приводит в действие рабочие механизмы экскаватора или другой спецтехники. Такие двигатели устанавливают на любую автомобильную технику, применяемую в горном деле, добывающей промышленности, обрабатывающих производствах, сельском хозяйстве, системах жизнеобеспечения и жилищно-коммунального хозяйства и т. п.

    Выпускают гидроцилиндры общего назначения, которые подходят для различных машин во многих отраслях деятельности. Также различают модели специального назначения, предназначенные для мелиоративных, противопожарных, коммунальных, землеройных, грузоподъемных, подъемно-транспортных и иных профильных видов спецтехники.

    Помимо экскаваторов, гидравлические двигатели устанавливают на самосвалах, грузовых машинах, грейдерах, автокранах, тракторах, комбайнах, пожарных машинах и т. п.

    Коротко о представленных брендах

    «Комацу» — международная финансово-промышленная группа, основанная в 1921 году в Японии как строительная мастерская. Сейчас это конгломерат, включающий без малого двести дочерних и консолидированных компаний с заводами и представительствами по всему миру.

    «Хитачи» или «Хитати» — еще одна финансово-промышленная группа родом из Японии, где она была создана в 1910 году. Сейчас это огромный международный конгломерат со штаб-квартирой в Токио. Выпуском спецтехники и запасных частей к ней занимается подразделение Hitachi Construction Machinery.

    Код ошибки 1239 1 хитачи

    1239-1 самая неприятная ошибка. Нет давления в насосе (Утечка топлива). Когда давление, подаваемое на клапан управления всасыванием, равно давлению при 900 об/мин, фактическое давление в топливном коллекторе составляет не более 15 МПа (150 кгс/см2 ) Может наблюдаться сильная вибрация двигателя, неравномерная частота вращения холостого хода, уменьшение мощности на выходе, несоответствующее увеличение частоты вращения, темный дым, чрезмерно высокая мощность на выходе. Чрезмерная течь топлива. Фактическое давление в топливном коллекторе не повышается до требуемой величины.
    Ваш топливный насос наелся, ну и как не дорогой вариант, наелся клапан обратки на топливной рампе. А бензином Вы набалуетесь или уже набаловались, ещё и на поршневую встрянете помимо всей топливной.

    Вот если память не изменяет, то хотя бы литр в минуту точно должен набулькать

    Если двигатель заведен, то да, должно булькать, оно так работает. А если форсунки отключены, хоть выключателем под сиденьем хоть просто провода откинуты (при снятой урышке быстрее видно, да и все равно менять что то нужно оно ведь не заводится), то нет не должно совсем булькать когда стартером крутишь. Во буквально три дня назад мне так делали и все получилось, одна текла форсунка и не могли завести, а потом из старых нашли рабочую у меня их еще 8 было, )и все, трудимся. К стати оказалось просто старую трубку топливную (тоже недавно меняли и случайно не выбросили) разогнули слегка, что бы форсунки без установки в головку можно подключать было, и проверили стортером вращая двигатель. Не хочу никого обижать,спецы у нас только официалы,навряд ли они что то сделают.Поменяют насос и форсунки.Если повезёт хорошо,а если нет мучайтесь как хотите.Уже сталкивался с ними.ZX450 больше полгода не могли починить. Форсунки все 6 новые,и старые тоже есть.Оригинальный насос или нет, не знаю.Только на погрузчик Hitachi ставили такой же насос и форсунки,и той же,так сказать партии.Работает уже месяца 4 без проблем. Форсунки проверяли не текут,аварийный клапан тоже сухой. Электрик проверил все датчики от двигателя до блока управления двигателем на коротыш и замыкание,благо схема есть. Напряжение на датчике давления было 1.1вольт при запуске.А когда заводили с бензином,если давление поднималось до 1.30В,движок запускался.Дальше уже не мерили напряжение.Движок работал чисто,обороты поднимал.И что интересно,если заглушишь и снова запускаешь,движок запускался без бензина! Стоит начать стрелу поднимать,1239-1,чёрный дым,и глохнет.Потом опять только бензином запускается и то образно говоря ведро влить надо. Завтра проверю электронасос,на производительность,сколько в минуту набулькает.

    Если есть возможность киньте обучалку по ТНВД на мыло [email protected]

    Ещё вопрос,на ZX 270 выломали две ножки на блоке ECU, и теперь всё время на мониторе ошибка 108-3.В принципе не критичная ошибка,но начальство требует,чтобы монитор не показывал ошибки.Нет ошибок,нет проблем. Как можно восстановить эти ножки на ECU.

    Ещё вопрос,на ZX 270 выломали две ножки на блоке ECU, и теперь всё время на мониторе ошибка 108-3.В принципе не критичная ошибка,но начальство требует,чтобы монитор не показывал ошибки.Нет ошибок,нет проблем. Как можно восстановить эти ножки на ECU.

    Штекер был на скрутке,ещё до нас кто то менял.Не спорю, может и попутали провода сами.Насос менял не я.Но главное нашли причину.

    Честно говоря я побоялся вскрывать блок.Верхняя крышка вся на герметике сидит,не оторвёшь. За помощь и совет спасибо!

    Технические характеристики

    Технические характеристики, включая способы крепления к рабочим механизмам спецтехники, определяются конструкцией гидравлических цилиндров. Они состоят из гильзы, также называемой поршнем, заполненным рабочей жидкостью, и штока, который совершает движения в полости гильзы. Помимо основных конструктивных частей, гидравлические цилиндры включают также направляющую втулку, крышку, опорно-направляющие элементы (грязесъемники и уплотнительные манжеты и кольца), а также проушины на конце штока и противоположном ему конце поршня (гильзы).

    Способы крепления

    Гидравлические двигатели применяют во множестве различных областей производства, устанавливают на машины разных размеров, конструкции и назначения. Поэтому важно, чтобы модели цилиндров имели различные варианты крепления к рабочим механизмах спецтехники.

    Выпускают модели со следующими способами установки:

    • с помощью шарнирных подшипников и проушин;
    • посредством шарнирных подшипников, проушин и цапфой на корпусе;
    • на проушине с шарнирным подшипником, а также с подготовкой задней крышки двигателя для сваривания с ответным элементом рабочего механизма;
    • с подготовкой внешнего конца штока для сварки с необходимой деталью;
    • с подготовкой внешнего конца штока для сваривания с ответным элементов рабочего механизма, а также на проушине и с шарнирным подшипником;
    • с подготовкой задней крышки цилиндра и внешнего конца штока для сварки с ответными конструктивными элементами рабочего механизма спецтехники.

    Такое разнообразие способов крепления позволяет надежно и прочно установить гидравлический цилиндр на любой механизм любой автомобильной спецтехники, в том числе промышленной, дорожной, карьерной, строительной, сельскохозяйственной и т. п.

    Базовые параметры

    Для максимально эффективной работы и наибольшей производительности цилиндры гидравлического типа должны создавать достаточный напор с возможностью его плавной регулировки. Тогда можно будет выполнять как грубые, крупные размашистые движения рабочим инструментом, так и более мелкие, тонкие, сложные, аккуратные.

    Приведенные эксплуатационные характеристики обеспечивают следующие технические параметры:

    • Номинальное давление. Базовая характеристика, определяющая вообще все эксплуатационные возможности оборудования. Она выражает усилие, с которым рабочая жидкость может давить на шток, приводя его в движение. Для почти всех представленных в каталоге моделей гидравлических цилиндров марок «Комацу» и «Хитачи» номинальное давление составляет 35 мегапаскаль. Это максимальное значение, его вполне достаточно и для постоянных уровне 10, 16, 25 или 32 МПа, и для большинства пиковых отметок, например, в 20 или 32 МПа.
    • Диаметр поршня. Поскольку данная деталь также называется гильзой, параметр тоже имеет второй вариант — диаметр гильзы. Поршень — это цилиндрическая полость, внутри которой находится рабочая жидкость и движется шток. Диаметр этой полости определяет объем гидравлической смеси, способный поместиться в ней. Чем больше рабочей жидкости, чем выше может быть номинальное давление и тем мощнее будет работа двигателя. В зависимости от места крепления цилиндра диаметр его поршня составляет от 120 до 180 мм.
    • Диаметр штока. Шток — вытянутый цилиндрический винт, который совершает движения внутри поршня, взаимодействуя с рабочей жидкостью в нем. Диаметр этого винта определяет усилие, необходимое гидравлической смеси для его выталкивания. При этом часть энергии неизбежно расходуется на работу самого ее источника. Однако и слишком тонкий шток — не лучшее решение, потому что тогда будут затруднены его поступательные движения в поршне. Диаметр штока обычно составляет примерно две трети диаметра поршня, то есть от 80 до 130 мм.
    • Ход штока. Обозначает расстояние, на которое движется шток в процессе работы, то есть глубину, на которую он погружается в рабочую жидкость. Значение этой характеристики должно быть достаточным для того, чтобы среда ответила с необходимым усилием и сообщила требуемое количество энергии. Ход штока естественным образом ограничивается глубиной гильзовой полости и, как правило, примерно в десять раз превышает диаметр гильзы. Для представленных в каталоге моделей этот параметр составляет от 1 220 до 1 820 мм.

    Такие характеристики гидравлических цилиндров, как диаметр поршня и ход штока, непосредственно определяют его технико-эксплуатационные возможности.

    Неисправности и ремонт

    Практически все конструктивные элементы гидроцилиндров в процессе работы находятся в постоянном движении. Это вызывает трение деталей друг о друга, а также дополняется абразивным воздействием технических материалов, например, механических примесей в отработанной, но не замененной вовремя гидравлической жидкости. В результате механизм может выйти из строя раньше, чем истечет нормативный срок его службы.

    Этому способствует также ненадлежащий уход за техникой, пропускание очередных плановых профилактических технических осмотров, использование в целях примитивной экономии дешевых и некачественных рабочих сред, смазочных масел и иных жидкостей. Нерациональное отношение к технике, например, регулярная эксплуатация на пределе возможностей, также усугубляет положение и сокращает срок службы гидроцилиндров.

    Среди основных видов неисправностей гидравлических цилиндров стоит отметить:

    • истирание контактирующих поверхностей гильзы и штока вследствие рабочего трения и абразивного воздействия технических жидкостей;
    • истончение и перфорацию уплотнительных материалов — по тем же причинам;
    • расшатывание и частичное развинчивание внутренних соединений.

    Верными внешними признаками неисправностей являются протечки технических жидкостей, нехарактерные звуки, вибрация, дребезжание гидроцилиндра в процессе работы. Оператор спецтехники заметит резкое, беспричинное и ощутимое падение мощности, производительности и грузоподъемности машины при сохранении энергопотребления на прежнем уровне или даже при его увеличении.

    В таком случае ремонт следует провести как можно быстрее. Мелкие неисправности можно устранить на месте с помощью портативного набора. В более серьезных случае необходим качественный надежный сервисный центр, где проведут диагностику, разберут механизм, очистят и вымоют его в специальном составе. В зависимости от степени повреждения возможны замена или восстановление конструктивных элементов.

    Виды гидроцилиндров

    По месту установки

    Классификация гидравлических цилиндров по месту установки актуальна только для экскаваторных моделей. Разновидности различаются по основным конструктивным частям рабочего механизма, рабочее движение которых они обеспечивают. Выделяют:

    • Гидроцилиндр подъема стрелы экскаватора. Стрела — это нижняя часть рабочего механизма, к которой сверху крепится рукоять с ковшом на конце. Гидравлический двигатель здесь необходим для подъема стрелы и (в некоторых моделях) поворота вокруг своей оси, что дает возможность грубых манипуляций с грузом в ковше.
    • Гидроцилиндр рукояти экскаватора. Основной инструмент управления рабочими операциями. Он необходим для изменения угла рукояти относительно стрелы на необходимую высоту. Этот угол обеспечивает выполнение рабочих действий с грузом, удерживаемым в ковше.
    • Гидроцилиндр ковша экскаватора. Ковш подвижно крепится на конце рукояти и одновременно выполняет захват груза, загребая его зубчатым краем с поверхности земли, и какое-то время удерживает его в своей полости. Для совершения всех необходимых движений он оснащается собственным гидравлическим поршнем.

    Аналогичные отличия — у моделей, предназначенных для рабочих механизмов других видов специальной техники. Так, у автокранов также имеются вертикальное основание, горизонтальная стрела с грузозахватный орган.

    По типу конструкции

    Эта классификация является основной и исходит из внутренних особенностей механизма. С точки зрения конструкции гидравлических двигателей они разделяются на два класса:

    • Одностороннего исполнения. В устройствах такого типа движение поршня под действием рабочей среды возможно только в одном направлении. Их устанавливают на спецтехнику, которая выполняет только ограниченный набор движений в одну сторону. За счет более простой конструкции ей удается достичь большей прочности и мощности.
    • Двустороннего исполнения. В гидравлических двигателях такой модели возможно движение штока в двух противоположных направлениях. Снаружи это выглядит так, что рабочий механизм техники способен совершать возвратно-поступательные движения. Выпускают изделия с односторонним, двусторонним, а также телескопическим штоком.

    Сфера применение гидроцилиндров двустороннего действия значительно шире, чем у односторонних аналогов. Например, на экскаваторы практически любых брендов чаще устанавливают гидроцилиндры в двустороннем исполнении с односторонним штоком.

    По основным функциям

    Задачи, решаемые гидравлическими цилиндрами во всех областях их применения, делятся на три категории:

    • Приведение в действие рычажных механизмов, которыми оснащено рабочее оборудование, совершение иных циклически повторяющихся простых движений, составляющих полезную работу оборудования. Такие работы характерны для фронтальных и лесопогрузчиков, а также одноковшовых экскаваторов.
    • Перемещение рабочих органов спецтехники и совершение других сопутствующих действий в процессе этого перемещения, что и составляет полезную работу машины. Такие задачи решают автогрейдеры, бульдозеры, скреперы и т. д.
    • Приведение рабочих органов спецтехники в необходимое для полноценной ее работы положение, а также установка выносных опор, которые обеспечивают устойчивое состояние оборудование. Такую работу выполняют автокраны, различное грузоподъемное и подъемно-транспортировочное оборудование.

    В одной и той же сфере применения может использоваться спецтехника с гидроцилиндрами всех трех типов. Например, в строительстве автокраны осуществляют подъем стройматериалов на нужную высоту, экскаваторы задействуются при рытье котлованов под фундамент, а грейдер разравнивает строительную площадку.

    По климатическому исполнению

    Цилиндры выпускают с поправками на среднегодовые температуру и влажность окружающей среды:

    • версия для умеренного климата подойдет для применения в средних широтах Европейской России, включая почти весь Урал, на юге Сибири и Дальнего Востока;
    • вариант для холодных условий будет оптимален для Европейского Севера России, территорий Северной и Средней Сибири и большей части Дальнего Востока;
    • версии для сухих тропических климатических зон в России можно использовать в степных полосах Южного Урала и Среднего Поволжья, на Северном Кавказе;
    • варианты для влажных тропических условий оптимально на совсем небольшой территории — черноморском побережье Краснодарского края.

    Гидравлические цилиндры в климатическом исполнении для сухих тропиков также имеет смысл применять в центральной, удаленной от побережья части полуострова Крым. Версии для влажных тропиков подойдут для Севастополя и приморских районов Крыма.
