Сегодня я хочу рассмотреть еще одну проблему с которой вы можете столкнуться в ходе своей работы, это проблема подключения к RDS ферме. На данном сервере появилась ошибка  «The Remote Desktop Connection Broker server could not enumerate the targets for the provider named NULL from the database».

Начали поступать жалобы на подключение к удаленному рабочему столу на базе Windows Server 2016. Пользователи были разные, у кого-то компьютеры на базе Windows 10, кто-то использовал MacOS. Ошибки были такого плана:

Как я и писал выше, методы описанные с статьях про ошибку с подключением мне не помогли, поэтому я как и любой системный администратор стал искать ошибки в журналах. Хочу еще немного описать свой виртуальный сервер, на нем установлена Windows Server 2016 и локально поднята стандартная установка Remote Desktop Services, все роли несет на себе данный хост. Напоминаю, что логи Windows можно смотреть через «Просмотр событий» или же использовать для этого веб-инструмент Windows Admin Center. Где смотреть логи RDS сервера я рассказывал, меня заинтересовал журнал «Microsoft-Windows-TerminalServices-SessionBroker/Operational«. В нем я обнаружил два интересных события:

Добрый день. Серверу терминалов несколько лет. И проблем серьезных с ним не было до вчерашнего дня. При входе пользователя к серверу терминалов (после нажатия Подключить), сразу появляется у пользователя сообщение:

Доброго времени суток. Недавно заметил, что с рабочего стола пропала иконка Касперского, в том числе утилиты для сохранения паролей. Попробовал запустить с меню — ноль эмоций, в корневой папке вообще отсутствует что-либо, что напоминало бы о антивирусе или его компонентах. Дополнительный антивирус от malwarebytes также вышел из строя, и отказывался запускаться. Отмечу, что сам лично никогда не трогал файлы антивируса и не предпринимал попыток его удалить.

Проверил систему штатными средствами, вирусов или активного заражения не нашел, но судя по форуму это как раз таки один из признаков этого. Попробовал переустановить — не запускается ни онлайн, ни оффлайн установщик. Проверил систему через cmd (sfc /scannow) — нашлось куча проблем, исправил обновлением винды. Но сам антивирус так и не пришел в норму, и наотрез отказывается устанавливаться. Также ранее была проблема с Windows Defender-ом, писал, что у меня не достаточно прав (хоть я и нахожусь под администратором максимального уровня) чтоб его использовать, исправил через реестр. Утилита kavremvr.exe смогла вычислить и удалить остатки от Касперского, но не помогла с установкой. Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool не запускается (сканирование в частности).
