Hi all

Has anyone had Error 0xc6fd0002 on a HP Pagewide MFP 477dw? This error isn�t in the service manual?

Hi, no blue screen, the printer boots up but then fails.

You can still browse the menu�s etc.

i have also updated the firmware through the control panel.

Try the HP-hotline, but my guess is that the formater is gone.

HP Officejet Pro X — серия струйных принтеров/МФУ с настолько широкой, что аж неподвижной печатающей головкой

0xc6fd0002. повреждена печатающая головка. обратитесь к HP.
сталкивался кто с таким?

If the printer shows the below error code

0xc6fd0002, 0xc6fd0102, 0xc6fd0202, 0xc6fd0302, 0xc6fd0402, 0xc6fd0502, 0xc6fd0602, 0xc6fd0702, 0xc6fd0802, 0xc6fd0902.

0xc6fd0003, 0xc6fd0103, 0xc6fd0203, 0xc6fd0303, 0xc6fd0403, 0xc6fd0503, 0xc6fd0603, 0xc6fd0703, 0xc6fd0803, 0xc6fd0903.
0xc6fd0013, 0xc6fd0113, 0xc6fd0213, 0xc6fd0313, 0xc6fd0413, 0xc6fd0513, 0xc6fd0613, 0xc6fd0713, 0xc6fd0813, 0xc6fd0913.

then please turn off the printer, disconnect the power cable from the wall outlet, wait for 30 seconds, connect the power cable to the wall outlet, turn on the printer and then check the results.

If the issue persits then it could be an issue with the printbar, either you can contact the HP Technicial Support or Authorized service center.

What model is ur printer ?

Maybe just replace the ink with print head ??

Im try to reset but no result

service manual don`t help me only take off then take on (((

Im even replace printbar from working printer but no results (((

Imthink cartridges here not need to replace

Toss it in the bin and go buy a new printer. This is a well documented issue on early pagewide products and not worth your time.
