I followed steps mentioned in https://forums.evga.com/Basic-troubleshooting-steps-Windows-clean-boot-clean-driver-install-debug-mode-etc-m2504606.aspx and heres what I have experienced..
I was unable properly test clean boot so far due to steam services not being enabled and unable to play steam games.
I ran DDU.exe in safe mode after uninstalling afterburner/PX (and removing saved settings) to delete any existing drivers. After this step I noticed I am now getting BSOD with watch_dog and bad_pool_caller errors. These BSOD also cause the same errors in the event viewer as above.
I have not tried debug mode yet, but I do currently have it underclocked -400 core/-502 mem, which seems to be working for now (more testing needed to be sure).
Things to Note…
I also replaced stock cpu fan/heatsink with Hyper 212 evo and installed an aditional case fan (intake) at the time of the upgrade.
Nvidia Control panel settings — «prefer maximum performance» and vsync is «on» all esle is default.
Afterburner settings default except fan curve set to «auto», default fan curve. (currently also underclocked -400 core/ -502 mem)
I have not tried to overclock this card, just installed drivers and setup nvidia and afterburner/PX (tried both) as above.
Afterburner reported core clock speeds have reached a max of up to 2100mhz while in game prior to underclock (seems high imo).
Unigen Heaven and Furmark don’t seem to boost clock card as high as in-game (trying to replicate issue faster)
Max in-game GPU temp is 61c
Max GPU temp during Unigen/Furmark stress test is 67c
Max CPU temp is 63c

Sorry for the long post, just trying to be as informative as possible. Any help/advise would be helpful. I’ve had an incredible amount of bad luck with defective parts and windows 10 issues recently and my hair is starting to fall out.
EDIT: Update — Issue still persist even while underclocked. Have not tried running this card in my machine yet. Will not be able to try that until Monday.

this can happen with a stack overflow.
you might go into bios and toggle any setting and save to force the bios to rescan your hardware.
then boot into windows and go to the motherboard vendors website and update the motherboards sound driver.
(hopefully you can get one dated after aug of 2017 because of a common bug that crashes the gpu sound driver)
if you don’t use the motherboard sound, you can turn it off in bios or disable it in windows control panel device manager.

there are common problems that can cause this issues and the memory dump can point in the correct direction.
you can also download and run autoruns from
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/autoruns
and take a look at the drivers, you would be looking to overclocking drivers or duplicate copies of overclocking driver.
find the menu item to hide microsoft entries, it will reduce the number of entries you have to look at.
(look for 3rd party, old drivers. this website can help identify what the drivers are for:

the memory dump can also be scanned for malware corrupted drivers from inside the windows debugger.

Изначально все было нормально, стабильные 60 фпс в Battlefield 1 и 50-60 в PUBG, через какое-то время заметил просадки фпс в PUBG (в BF1 после тестов особо не играл), начал разбираться в чем дело, и вот что выяснил, замеряя фпс примерно по часу, что раньше было 50-60 без просадок ниже 40, сейчас 35-45 с просадками до 20.
Кроме того, появилась проблема зависания компа с заливкой экрана белым или бежевым цветом, в Журнале системы потом такое сообщение:
ошибка
Не удается найти описание для идентификатора события 13 из источника nvlddmkm. Вызывающий данное событие компонент не установлен на этом локальном компьютере или поврежден. Установите или восстановите компонент на локальном компьютере.
Если событие возникло на другом компьютере, возможно, потребуется сохранить отображаемые сведения вместе с событием.
К событию были добавлены следующие сведения:

ресурс сообщения существует, но сообщение не найдено в таблице строк и таблице сообщений
Зависания происходят в BF1 через несколько минут, в Next Car Game сразу в меню, либо почти сразу, пару минут может пожить, в 3DMark через 10-20 секунд после начала теста, либо опять же сразу. В PUBG и FurMark не зависает. Температура ГП выше 70 °С не поднимается ни в каких тестах, блок питания Chieftec APS-550C 550W.
Что я пробовал делать и что не помогло:
1. Переустановка драйвера, в т.ч. с удалением и чисткой из безопасного режима.
2. Настройка электропитания на макс. производительность.
3. Снятие разгона с проца.
4. Незначительное снижение частот ГП и памяти, на 100 МГц что ли, не помню точно.
Что почти не помогло:
Охлаждение видеокарты двумя бытовыми вентиляторами на полной скорости. В таком режиме держало час BF1, но 3DMark не тянет.
Что помогло:
Снижение частот ГП и памяти видеокарты на максимальные 500 МГц. В таком режиме проходит 3DMark, прогонял 3 раза.
Тестировал карту в 3DMark на другом системнике с топовым железом, тоже зависает, поэтому вряд ли дело в БП, разгоне проца или софте.
Ну и несколько графиков частот и температур прилагаю.

Собственно, насколько всё плохо и что делать? Я не теряю надежду, т.к. изначально карта работала нормально.
Ошибка с падением драйвера NVIDIA любой версии.
Невозможно найти решение.

Найдите Планировщик заданий и откройте Планировщик заданий. Отключите в нем все задания Nvidia. Нажмите Win + R, введите в поле taskmgr / 0 / startup и нажмите Enter. Отключите элементы автозагрузки Nvidia. Перезагрузите компьютер.
Посмотрите, исчезнет ли проблема.

При запуске игр и программ связанных с графикой 3D графикой (Planoplan), экран становится черным, и приложение закрывается, пару раз даже перезагрузился компьютер. Проблема появилась относительно недавно, до настоящего момента была однократно, сейчас постоянно. Проверял на разных играх требовательных к железу и не очень. В журнале событий появляются несколько «Событие 13, nvlddmkm», «Событие 14, nvlddmkm». Текст и подробности приложены. Событий появляется несколько подряд.
Отчет Aida 64 с показаниями датчиков в простое во вложении.
Конфигурация системы:
1. Тип ЦП — HexaCore AMD Ryzen 5 1600, 3700 MHz (37 x 100);
2. Системная плата — MSI B350 PC Mate (MS-7A34);
3. Чипсет системной платы — AMD B350, AMD Taishan, AMD K17 IMC;
4. Системная память — 8144 МБ, Crucial CT8G4DFS824A.M8FGM;
5. Видеоадаптер — NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB [10DE-1B83];
6. 3D-акселератор — nVIDIA GP104-A;
7. Монитор — LG E2042 [20″ LCD] (208RAPW1P200);
8. Операционная система — Windows 10 Pro.
Никаких новых программ не устанавливал, видеокарту не разгонял (настройки заводские), видеокарте чуть больше года.
MSI Afterburner установлен.
Подскажите, что делать в такой ситуации, куда копать?
