Код C6400 является ошибкой Zero cross signal – сигнала пересечения нуля. Этот сигнал в машине используется для того, чтобы коммутировать лампу нагрева только в те моменты, когда переменное напряжение питающей сети 220В равно нулю, для снижения помех. Причина появления этого кода – проблемы питающей сети. Способ бороться – сброс через U163 – сброс ошибок блока фиксации.
Если машина выдает этот код часто – надо разбираться с электриками, рекомендовать подключить машину через 10-амперный сетевой фильтр и т.п.

эээ… а как бы диагностику печки и платы не судьба провести?
просто был случай с KM-1500 выдавал ошибку печи (но не эту, по-моему С6000) из-за того, что термодатчик был в запекшемся тонере и «пропилил» немного тефлон,
пришлось его очистить и передвинуть в сторону к «непропиленной» части тефлона (пришлось пошаманить) — в итоге аппарат вышел в готовность

могу видео ролик скинуть, что не могу скинуть, не даёт не успеваю в вести пароль пользоватпля и войти в севис режим!?

открыть крышку при выключеном апарате, включить и ввести сервисный пароль 10871087 набрать U163 сброс печки, так? если так то скажу подругому, не получается ввести пароль блок клавы после того как он прогрузился и естественно что ошибка C6400!
Не совсем так, тут немножко есть ошибка при входе сервисный режим. Короче, я так понимаю, что КМ-3050, это такой большой аппарат, там еще тонер картридж ТК-710.
Вообщем входим в сервисный режим так(пробуем, короче): Открываем крышку, включаем аппарат, потом нажимаем кнопку«Системное меню» и вводим пароль 10871087. Аппарат должен войти в сервисное меню, ну а там уже, вводим код U163. Пробуй.

Ошибки печки:
С6000 — неисправность нагревателя
С6020 — аномально высокая температура термистора
С6050 — аномально низкая температура термистора
С6400 — нулевой сигнал ошибки
Если вы столкнулись с одной из вышеперечисленной ошибкой, то сбросьте ее при помощи Режима обслуживания, используя сервисный код 163.
1. Войдите в Режим обслуживания (для этого нажмите кнопки «10871087«).
2. Введите код 163 (сброс ошибок печки).
3. Нажмите кнопку Start.

Всем доброго времени суток!!
Парни нужна помощь, в общем МФУ Kyocera FS-1016MFP пришла с убитым БП, т.е. не включалась.
Был заменён шим в блоке питания. Все напруги поднялись аппарат включился, но вывалил ошибку 6400
В нете про неё пишут:

Этот сигнал пересечения нуля нужен не для коммутации лампы, когда переменное напряжение питающей сети 220В равно нулю, а для синхронизации по фазе управляющих импульсов на симисторе, здесь используется димирование лампы за счет сдвига по фазе управляющих импульсов, относительно переходов через ноль сетевой синусоиды. Таким образом управляющие импульсы на симисторе всегда будут одинаковы по частоте (100 Гц) и амплитуде, не зависимо от яркости свечения лампы.

при включении не издает ни каких звуков на экране пишет «ошибка принтера запрос на обслуживание 6» нашел в интернете что это ошибка печи но печь всю перерыл цепь звонится предохранитель и датчик в порядке! что еще может быть может кто сталкивался??? валы в печке не крутятся!

это типа кривого перевода, скорее всего это ошибка «Service Call6000» , аппарат находится в аварийном режиме, сответственно валы и не будут крутиться. Как лампа поживает ? если лампа и термистор живы надо смотреть электронику- схему управления печкой.

А эти Киосеры из аварийного режима сами выходят при выключении питания или надо сброс через сервис делать?
А то на копирах Canon A3 (аналоговых) была такая ерунда. Напряжение скакнет — копир в отказ с ошибкой печки.
И пока не сбросишь — он не оживает. Хотя физической неисправности нет.
Пришлось клиенту инструкцию по сбросу ошибки распечатать.

- Remedy: Check the connection of connector YC4 on the power supply board and the continuity across the connector terminals. Repair or replace if necessary. Check and reinstall if necessary. - Code: C6020
- Description: Abnormally high fixing unit thermistor temperature • The fixing temperature exceeds 230°C/446 °F for 40 ms.

- Remedy: Measure the resistance. If it is 0 Ohm, replace the thermistor. Replace the power supply board and check for correct operation

- Description: Abnormally low fixing unit thermistor temperature • The fixing temperature remains below 90°C/194°F for 1 s.
- Causes: Poor contact in the thermistor connector terminals. Broken thermistor wire. Thermistor installed incorrectly. Thermal cutout triggered. Heater lamp installed incorrectly. Broken heater lamp wire.
- Remedy: Check the connection of connector YC4 on the power supply board and the continuity across the connector terminals. Repair or replace if necessary. Measure the resistance. If it is infinity, replace the thermistor. Check and reinstall if necessary. Check for continuity. If none, replace the thermal cutout. Check and reinstall if necessary. Check for continuity. If none, replace the heater lamp.

- Description: Zero-crossing signal problem • The engine board (KP-5238) does not detect the zero-crossing signal for the time specified below. At power-on: 3 s Others: 5 s

- Description: Short-circuited external temperature thermistor • The input voltage is 4.5 V or more.
- Causes: Poor contact in the operation board connector terminals. Defective external temperature thermistor.
- Remedy: Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the connector cable. If none, remedy or replace the cable. Replace the operation board and check for correct operation.
- Code: C7980
- Description: Waste toner reservoir overflow problem (when the total number of copies is less than 100 thousand sheets) • After E31 is displayed, 1,000 sheets are copied. Or waste toner exceeds 5 g.
- Causes: Defective waste toner sensor or engine board (KP- 5238).
- Remedy: Shake the process unit from side to side and turn the power switch off and then on. If the problem cannot be solved, replace the process unit. After replacing the process unit, turn the power switch off and then on. If the problem cannot be solved, replace the waste toner sensor or the engine board (KP- 5238).
- Code: C7990
- Description: Waste toner reservoir overflow problem (when the total number of copies is 100 thousand sheets or more) • After E31 is displayed, 1,000 sheets are copied. Or waste toner exceeds 5 g.
