Несколько дней назад, ни с того ни с сего, съехала печать, значительно. Фото присылать не буду, и так стало понятно что беда или с сенсором или с лентой. Посмотрев на ленту, увидел что она в убитом состоянии. Протирания сначала без спирта, а потом с ним результатов не дали. #Test линейного энкодера из инженерного меню показывал следующие результаты:

M = 1900, E = 1899.8

Mc = 0.0, Ec = 5.3

К сожалению, что такое Ec я так и не разобрался. Но при этом всё равно была ошибка — Error 08: LinearEncoder:Sensor.

Заказали новую ленту. Сегодня установили, делаю #Test — результат такой же, как на старой ленте.

Если это умер сам энкодер, он же не должен тогда показывать результаты теста вообще? Или я чего-то не понимаю.

Помогите пожалуйста.

P.S. Шлейфы которые идут на мать, вроде как в нормальном состоянии. Как их проверить, не имею не малейшего понятия.

P.P.S. Когда делаю тест на 100мм он проходит нормально. Делаю на 200 и более — сразу появляется ошибка.

I’ve encountered this numerous times and seems to stem from the fact that belt abrasion on the gears leads to a fine powdery residue that collects over time and pollutes the interior of the machine…….rendering the optical sensor befuddled!!!!!LOL……see my «MIMACKI WOES» thread in the Mimaki folder. Open up your machine by removing panels that cover the area in behind the keypad and you’ll likely find a mess! …. let us know how that goes…………JP

Nothing changed !!!! Still Error 08 linear encoder :sensor (cjv30-160bs,,,,
even the encoder sensor & the slider pcb also changed,,it didnt make any change,,,,confused,,:(

Maybe you need to check the cable between the sensor and slider board. Just a connectivity test between two edges of sam cable and short-circuit test between parallel cables.

Connectivity test gives «beeeep» from the multimeter,, means okay,,
And the resistance between ground & the TPs are inbetween 17-18M ohms,,, tht too looks of from the main board…
,any other possibility plse… :( :(

the sensor is replaced with a new one,,so not a single chance to get contaminated,,,,and the latest update is that the input voltage to the encoder sensor is 5vdc and it is there in the slider pcb terminal where the conector of encoder sensor wil b fixed,,and the sensor cable continuity is beep okay,,,totally confused,, still it gives ERROR 08 LINEAR ENCODER:SENSOR !!!!!!!!!

Did you have a build up of the fine black powdery residue as shown in the images in my related thread?……..we had the step motor, sensor, and encoder strip replaced a year ago……..JP

Yess,,even I found lot of black powder accumulated wen i opened the right side panel beneath the keypad assembly. i brushed it out with a vacuum unit,,now its clear,,,
and dear ponto u said u replaced the y motor, sensor and strip for this case,,am i right,,
thn i must think about it,,,will keep u posted,,thnx

guyzzz i found it,,it was bcoz of that the Y-axis pulley, the shaft,,the plate was lil slightly misplaced by few millimetrs,,and was very difficult to trace it out,,,
i just released all the tension from the y axis and put out all the bearing & connectors & shafts & belt out,,and fix it one by one back & properly placed firmly…now it running fine,,,thnx a lot for all ur suggessions & advices…. :)

  • I keep getting the ERROR 08. I have replaced the SENSOR with an original new one.

    I still cannot get into local Mode or Tech Mode because once you get error 08 the system goes down and you have to power off.

    Does anyone have an answer to how I can solve this?

  • Error 08 has 3 different flavours. SENSOR / DIR / COUNT. In either case, separate the print and cut carriages from the index head and set the index head to the middle and then power on. This should do some sort of NVRAM reset. If it still fails, remove the encoder strip and inspect it for damage. Give it a clean with some warm water on a soft cloth or very worst case some IPA. Once cleaned, clean it again because often, cleaning it will just move the dirt and ink residue along the strip and make it worse. If it’s still no better, replace the strip.

    That’s what I’d do anyway.

  • I tried that what you said. It did not change it is still getting error 08. I ordered a new encoder scale but it has not yet come so I just cannot get into local mode or tech mode. I have tried 50 times it always stops on one spot at the left. I marked the spot and every time it is always the same spot.

  • You’ll probably find there is a scratch or mark on the strip then. The sensor only reads a small area of the strip so you could try positioning the entire encoder sensor and bracket assembly slightly higher or lower on the slotted part of the the carriage chassis so it reads a different part of the strip. Might get you out of trouble until the new one arrives.

  • I tried that also in all different heights. Same error and always same place. I bought a another cjv30 for 1000 euros with dried up print head. I will when I get it next week take off different parts and try to figure out where the bug is.

    I also have a very good perfect test print print head from a epson r2000 dx5 printhead owned by a friend of mine. I get his head for 200 euros. The I will have two cjv30-100 and then it will be easier to find out where the problem is
