i have this known error 404 only on ea play menu!
i tried every answer here and on the internet nothing work!
i even tried to uninstall origin and delete everything connected to it
EVEN IF I OPEN THE PAGE FROM ANY WEB BROWSER SAME IMAGE IS SHOWING!!
it only work if i log out or if i use a vpn on Germany only!
so it has to do with my account not the app itself or that what i understand

Fix 5 – Clear your Origin cache
- Right click on the Origin icon in the task bar > close it.
- Press the Windows key and the R key at the same time to launch Run.
- Copy %ProgramData%/Origin > hit Enter.
- Delete all the files and folders in the Origin folder, except for the LocalContent folder.
- Launch Run again > copy %AppData% > hit Enter.
- You should now see the following folder: C:Users>your user name<AppDataRoaming Delete the Origin folder locate inside the
- Roaming folder Go to the address bar of your Windows Explorer > click on AppData.
- Open the Local folder > delate the Origin folder inside the Local folder.
- Restart your PC > check if the issue persists.

Go to your apache web server config, its probably in ProgramFiles > Apache Tomcat folder
Go to tomcat>conf folder
Edit server.xml
Search «Connector port»
Look for the connection timeout, if its set to -1 then that is the issue
Change it to «20000», save the file. Restart the Apache Service
Problem will be fixed.
