Automation License Manager V6.0
is a piece of software that allows you to manage your Siemens Simatic software’s license key. When installing Siemens software such as TIA Portal, Step7, WinCC, and others, ALM will assist you in resolving license-related problems. The most recent upgrade is ALM V6.0 SP9 Upd2, which PLCShare shares with you to assist you. Licensing mistakes should be fixed.
Error with the License
Even if run Sim EKB Install, you may have run into some of the faults listed below. There are a variety of solutions, such as running Administrator or starting Service ALM. However, I believe that updating ALM to the most recent version to address the problem is the best option.
Note:
Run the Automation License Manager in
services.msc
with the following commands to correct license errors:
– Press Windows + R, type
services.msc
, then click
OK
.
– Right-click the Automation License Manager Service and select
Start
.
If it runs without errors, the License error has been resolved. If not, download and install the ALM below; it will completely resolve the issue.

Siemens Automation License Manager V6.0 SP9 Upd2, which is the most recent version, is the version I’m sharing with you. The following Windows versions are supported:
- MS Windows 7 with SP1 (32-bit | 64-bit)
- MS Windows 8.1 (32-bit | 64-bit)
- MS Windows 10 (32-bit | 64-bit)
- MS Windows Server 2008 R2 with or without SP1 (64-bit)
- MS Windows Server 2012 (64-bit)
- MS Windows Server 2016 (64-bit)

Installation Instructions
1.
Before installing, make sure all programs are closed.
2.
Download and extract the «ALM V6.0 SP9 Upd2» file.
3.
Next, go to the extracted folder and run «Setup.exe» to begin the installation process.
4.
Continue to follow the installation program’s instructions.

Добрый день. Подскажите пожалуйста столкнулся с такой бедой. Когда захожу в TIA Portal V13 выдает такую ошибку.(Screenshot_32) Когда захожу в Automation License Manager выдает следующую ошибку (Screenshot_32). Что делать ?Может уже кто сталкивался с такой проблемой? Написал официальное письмо в Siemens молчат уже неделю .

У меня такое было когда службы вручную гасил, чтоб разгрузить систему…
Запускаете «службы» ищите службу Automation license manager, включаете ее и все работает, можете еще автостарт включить для нее.
Видимо вы вообще читать не умеете, что в сообщении об ошибке написано…

Прочитать то я прочитал, а легче от этого не стало.Произошло это после того как вышли обновления на TIA Portal V13 стала зависать программа при работе стабильно. При добавлении да хоть самое простое кнопки. И когда TIA Portal V13 в последний раз завис я через процессы все закрывал руками.
Спасибо за совет через службы нашел , включил , все заработало.

Automation Licence Manager problem Hello, I am trying to help my coleague… Siemens software is installed on the Lap Top, everything was working fine until few days ago Simatic Manager reported error message «Can not establish connection to the Automation License Manager Service». When you try to start ALM it gives also error mesage:»The Automation License Manager Service» has not been started». We tried to reinstall software few times but it is always the same. Thanks in advance. |

Let me suggest a solution, Use the Windows Restore: Start->All Programs->Accessories->System tools->System restore.
