Что я делаю:
Устанавливаю Windows 10 на Kali Linux не в первый раз. ISO-образ из надёжного сайта. Создавал флешку с помощью Rufus, настройках по моему стояло NTFS и UEFI. В Bios и Boot отключено Quick Boot, UEFI в биосе даже не нашёл :о. Старая материнка

Что я пробовал:
Переставил флешку из USB3.0 в USB2.0, Отключил Жесткий диск, дисковой привод и оставил только флешку, не помогло.

Возможно:
Проблема в том что флешка неправильно создана, хотя Rufus всегда работал. Или возможно ISO-образ кривой.

Доп. Информация
Раньше без проблем ставил Windows 10 на семёрку или переустанавливал. Пробовал и UltraISO, и Rufus — все работало. Но Linux ставил с FlashISO. Использую ту же флешку.

      Для установки операционной системы на различные накопители существует очень известная утилита WinNTSetup. По использованию данной программы написано огромное множество статей, но в них не описаны ошибки при работе с этой программой, из-за этого в комментариях пользователи задают одни и те же вопросы.

      В этой статье мы разберем самые частые вопросы пользователей, которые возникают при работе с программой. Основные проблемы возникают при выборе загрузочного диска. В правой части данного пункта находятся 3 зеленых огонька. Чтобы программа правильно установила ОС, а она затем запустилась они должны быть зелеными. Но у некоторых пользователей они имеют желтый или красный цвет, именно эти проблемы мы и будем решать.

Типичные проблемы:

 MBR горит красным или желтым 

 BOOTMRG PBR горит красным или желтым

 WinNTSetup горит красным или желтым 

      Данные индикаторы меняют свой цвет при указании диска, на который будет установлен загрузчик. каждый пункт означает определенную настройку носителя.

      Когда горят 3 зеленых огонька, то такой загрузочный сектор создан правильно, и система успешно загрузиться с такой флешки. А вот если они горят другими цветами, то нужно настраивать загрузочный диск. И так

MBR горит красным или желтым 

      В этом случае диск был отформатирован правильно, но на нем не установлена загрузочная запись. Чтобы это исправить, понадобиться программа bootice. Скачать ее можно по ссылке ниже или с официального сайта разработчика.

      После того как вы скачали программу, распаковываем архив в любое удобное место, и в зависимости от разрядности системы запускаем BOOTICEx64_2016.06.17_v1.3.4.0.exe для 64 разрядных систем и BOOTICEx86_2016.06.17_v1.3.4.0.exe для 32 разрядных.

      После запуска в разделе «Destination disk» нужно выбрать свой накопитель, на который вы будете или уже установили Windows. В нашем случае это флешка.

      Затем нажимаем кнопку «Process MBR», откроется окно с выбором типа загрузочной записи, выбираем последний вариант, как на картинке ниже, и нажимаем кнопку «Instal/Config»

      Затем в открывшемся окошке нажимаем на кнопку «Windows NT 6.x MBR».

      После завершения процесса записи загрузочной части утилита уведомит вас об этом уведомлением. Нажимаем ОК.

      После этого закрываем программу и заново выбираем диск в WinNTSetup. Теперь огонек около MBR, должен гореть зеленым.

BOOTMRG PBR горит красным или желтым

      Данная ошибка достаточно редкая, и исправляется переформатированием раздела разгрузчика, для этого нужно нажать кнопку «F» рядом с кнопкой выбрать, и выставить правильные настройки, затем нажать форматирование.

      Для флешек распространенной ошибкой является форматирование в FAT16 FAT32, а для Windows оба раздела должны быть отформатированы в NTFS.

      Ниже представлен один из примеров:

BOOT PART горит красным или желтым

      Данная ошибка тоже достаточно часто возникает у пользователей. Она возникает из-за того, что выбран «Активным» не тот диск. Чтобы система успешно установилась «Активным» должен быть выбран загрузочный диск. Решается она также как и первая, с помощью программы bootice.

      Запускаем программу bootice

      После запуска в разделе «Destination disk» нужно выбрать свой накопитель, на который вы будете или уже установили Windows. В нашем случае это флешка.

      Затем нажимаем кнопку «Part Manage», откроется окно с редактором дисков для выбранного накопителя. Часто проблема заключается в том, что активням является не загрузочный раздел. Тоесть как можно увидеть на картинке ниже буковка A в графе Act. стоит напротив диска D объемом 29.7 ГБ куда будет устанавливаться система. А должна стоять напротив диска J, размером 100 мб.

      Имена с дисков могут меняться быть другими, не как в нашем примере.

      Чтобы исправить эту проблему, выделяем диск J  и нажимаем внизу кнопку «Activate». После завершения операции программа покажет уведомление.

      Все, теперь закрываем bootice, и заново в программе WinNTSetup выбираем наш загрузочный диск. Проблема должна решиться.

    My UEFI (actually motherboard maker actually calls it «UEFI BIOS») has three relevant options for Boot Override:

    1. IntelSSD

    2. USBRecoveryStick

    3. UEFI:USBRecoveryStick

    (Yes, 2 & 3 are the same USB stick, but I don’t know how they are different)

    When I boot to each of these respective options using the UEFI Boot Override, I get:

    1. The error I originally reported: Remove disks or other media Press any key to restart

    2. Boots to full screen width Recovery Environment, where I can access the BitLocker disks just fine after providing the key files or even typing in the key.

    3. Gives me an error 0xc0000007 and says there is a problem with EFIMicrosoftBootBCD.

    I’m looking into whether BCDBoot is part of the solution. My system has UEFI (not BIOS), but the IntelSSD is MBR. Some things I’ve read also suggest that the System Partition has to be the active partition when using BitLocker, not the Windows partition.

    UEFI boot options disappeared from BIOS; now getting reboot and select proper boot device

    In short, I need to get the system/BIOS to allow UEFI booting of the SSD.

    Computer started up today with default BIOS settings.

    • Only SSD 1(Windows boot) and SSD 2 were listed in BIOS; HDD 1 and HDD 2 were not visible
    • System would not boot. Gave the ‘reboot and select proper boot device’ message
    • Boot menu has no UEFI/EFI (or Windows Boot Manager) entries anymore

    I went into Partition Magic/Gparted and confirmed :

    • All drives are still showing
    • All drives’ data is in tact [EFI volume/partition is still listed (and can be browsed/files accessible)]

    Gparted print out (note dev/sda2 apparently that is normal behavior) :

    /dev/sda1 (locked) EFI System Partition—Fat32—/media/sda1—100.00mb—46.81MiB—53.19MiB—boot,esp
    /dev/sda2 (exclamation mark) Microsoft reserved partition—unknown file system—no mount point—128.00MiB—unused spaced—msftres

    /dev/sda4—ntfs—/media/sda4—450.00MiB—327.71MiB—122.29MiB—hidden,diag

    As I am able to boot Windows installation from USB, I tried the standard startup repair. It said it was not able to fix any problems.

    Next I tried to repair the EFI with Diskpart in the shell:

    • sel vol 1 (note that Diskpart states EFI partition is ‘hidden’)
    • assign letter=z:
    • cd /d z:EFIMicrosoftBoot
    • bootrec /fixboot
    • bcdboot c:Windows /l en-us /s vz /f ALL

    It completed all tasks successfully. Unfortunately that did not work.

    Other things I have tried :

    • Removing CMOS battery and replacing with a new one — my HDD started showing up again after doing this.
    • Using the old MBR commands(in hopes it would force the Windows startup repair to recognize and fix a problem)

    bootrec /fixmbr
    bootrec /fixboot
    bootrec /scanos
    bootrec /rebuildbcd​

    • Loaded BIOS ‘optimized’/defaults (the system did this already once before, hence why I am in this situation, though doing it manually seemed like an option worth trying. Note that after doing this and restarting the system, HDD’s stopped showing again)
    • Removed new CMOS battery and left it out of the system for thirty minutes
    • Formatted EFI and msftres partitions, then rebuilt the EFI boot records

    In summary, am looking to force the BIOS to see the EFI partition on the SSD boot drive, as it is not an option any longer.

  • /f ALL – means that you want to copy the Windows Boot Environment files, including those for UEFI and BIOS computers (potential ability to boot in UEFI and BIOS systems). To copy only the EFI bootloader, use the /f UEFI command;
  • /l en-us — is a type of the system locale. By default, en-us – English (USA) is used;
  • /c – this is a new BCDBoot option in Windows 10 that allows you to overwrite existing boot records (including debugsettings). Use this option to ignore old boot settings and create a clean BCD configuration;
  • /v – used to enable BCDBoot verbose output.
