Re: Коды ошибок , диагностика ECM Уважаемый Адмирал! Раз уж этот материал здесь, то неплохо бы вклеить сюда всю таблицу. Я ее вставлю в первый пост. От себя добавлю к тому, что по ссылке. Кроме того, интерфейсная диагностика доступна не только владельцам VRSC, но и водителям всех остальных впрысковых Харлеев. Различия в описании кодов. Полную диагностику кодов неисправностей можно сделать только сервисным сканером или компьютером. |

Re: VRSC — коды ошибок, диагностика ECM Поиском нашел только эту тему. Моя Электра 05 года выдает ошибку — После ее удаления и некоторого времени она не появляется. Что может не сгорать в переднем цилиндре и как это обнаружить? Добавлю, при покупке мотоцикла были еще ошибки: Р0374, Р1356, U1097 |

По английски куча инфы, но там много бреда, типа у кого-то забился топливный разъем итд. А реально есть пропуски? Я бы начал с уменьшения/увеличения зазора на свечах или их замены, т.к. этот код определяется по-моему по току между электродами. А на это влияет мощность искры катушки, тип проводов, состав смеси в цилиндре. Кстати Р1356 — это по-видимому такой же код в заднем цилиндре. (мануал не читаю, лень рыться, по памяти и гуглом сейчас ищу) |

Нет, не постоянно. и провалы при разгоне могут спорадически возникать на самом деле. |

Re: VRSC — коды ошибок, диагностика ECM И так, проверив ВВ провода (в норме), сменив свечи, при разгоне ошибка не появояется, но чихание переодически проявляется. Это можно заметить, когда в пробках перегазовываю для привлечения внимания. Давеча, как то разогнавшись до отсечки на второй передаче, а это 6500 у меня, мотор просто резко заглох, загорелся чек. В общем до обочины я доехал булькая одним цилиндром. Вроде на заднем. Из переднего пошел черный дым и сильно запахло бензином. Выскочили ошибки 1353 и 1356. Я их стёр, мотоцикл вновь ожил. После этого проехал ещё 500 км. Чихнул только один раз у меня за все время. Обороты в диапазоне 3000-4000 при разгонах. Выше побаиваюсь уже. И вот теперь не знаю куда копать. |

Re: VRSC — коды ошибок, диагностика ECM провода проверяются заменой на другой комплект. Так проверял, или тестером тыкал? Далее можно попробовать форсунки махнуть местами. ПОнаблюдать за цветом свечей до и после. Катушка не помню — менялась или нет? Р0374 точно больше не появлялась? А то заставлю осциллограф юзать. |

Harley Fault Codes 2004-2015
Below is a list of comprehensive list of diagnostic codes that you may come across on your
Harley-Davidson.

- ABS (C0652-C1573)
- Battery, Ignition, Lighting and
Accessories (B0563-B2274) - CanBus (U0001-U1317)
- Radio Diagnostics (B2006-B2027)
How to Read Error Codes
- With the ignition in the off position, press and hold the trip meter button, and turn the ginition swith to the on position.
- Release the button. Your speedo indicators should illuminate and the needle should do a full sweep.
- “diag” will appear on the odometer screen. Press the trip button once.
- “PSSPt” is now displayed. Each of the letters represents a different area.

- You can highlight each area by pressing the button. Once the area you wish to select is highlighted, press and hold the
button for 5 seconds. - If there are any codes, you will be able to go through them one at a time by pressing the button. Once you have them
recorded, they can be cleared by holding the button for more than 5 seconds. Once “clear” is on the screen, press the button once more. - To exit the Diagnostic Mode, turn the ignition switch off.

The trip odometer trigger switch is located in the left hand control module.
The switch signal is sent to the speedometer over the CAN bus.
If there is a problem with the CAN bus, the odometer self-diagnostic mode maynot function.
For a quick check of instrument function, perform a «WOW» test by entering odometer self-diagnostics.
Background lighting will illuminate, gauge needles will sweep their full range of motion and all indicator lamps
controlled by the CAN circuit will illuminate.
If the instrument fails «WOW» test, check for battery power and ground to the instrument.
If any feature in the speedometer is non-functional, see Description and Operation.

DISCLAIMER: this information is for reference only. Fuel Moto does not offer technical support for diagnostic trouble codes. The following procedure will instruct in retrieving and clearing ECM Diagnostic Trouble Codes and TSM/TSSM codes through the Harley gauge cluster as well as a list of codes.
1- Turn Ignition switch to OFF & Run/Stop switch is to Run.
2- Push odometer reset button in & hold. For 2014 & newer touring models this will be the toggle switch on the left control mount.
3- Turn ignition switch to Ignition and release the odometer reset button. Background lighting should illuminate, speedometer needle should sweep its full range and indicator lamps (battery, security, low fuel, check engine and cruise) should illuminate. The word «diag» should then appear.
4 — Push the odometer reset button once and you will see the selection menu «PSSPt» with the first P flashing.
5 — Each letter represents an area of the diagnostics module. The module that is flashing is the one you are going to check. To move from one letter (module) to the next, you push the odometer reset button one time. (from P to S to SP to t and back to P, etc.)
P = ECM/ICM(Electronic Control Module)[EFI] /Ignition Control Module[Carbureted])
S = TSM/TSSM (Turn Signal/ Security Module)
SP = speedometer
T = tachometer
6 — To get the DTC within an area of diagnostics, push and hold the odometer reset button in for 5 seconds and release. If there are any DTC’s the code will be displayed or the word «none» will appear if there are no DTC’s. Push the odometer reset button again to view additional codes if they exist.
7 — Record the codes.
8 — If DTC’s are not to be cleared, Press and release the odometer reset button. Part number of module will be displayed.
NOTE: To determine if a code is current or historic, clear the displayed code by pushing in and holding the odometer reset button ( longer than 5 seconds) until ‘clear’ comes up. Release the odometer reset button. Turn OFF the ignition switch. Run your bike and shut it down then recheck the DTC’s again by repeating steps 1 to 9. If the code is current it will reappear.
9 — Press and release the odometer reset button to continue to the next module.
10 — Turn Ignition switch to OFF.
On models not equipped with a tachometer «No Rsp» will appear when the tachometer identifier is selected.
«No Rsp» (no response) will also appear if the run/off switch is in the off position when doing this procedure.

Код ошибки P0113 звучит как «высокий уровень сигнала цепи (Датчик 1 Банк 1) температура впускаемого воздуха». Часто, в программах, работающих со сканером OBD-2, название может иметь английское написание «Intake Air Temperature Circuit High (Sensor 1, Bank 1)».
Этот диагностический код неисправности (DTC) является общим кодом силового агрегата. Ошибка P0113 считается общим кодом, поскольку применяется ко всем маркам и моделям транспортных средств. Хотя конкретные этапы ремонта могут несколько отличаться в зависимости от модели.
Для получения большей мощности от цилиндров двигателя используется принудительная индукция от одного из них. Нагнетая больше воздуха в цилиндр, в процессе сгорания образуется больше кислорода. Поэтому ECM (модуль управления двигателем) впрыскивает больше топлива, что приводит к увеличению мощности.
Двигатели с принудительной индукцией имеют два датчика IAT (температуры воздуха на входе), сопротивление которого изменяется в зависимости от температуры. При повышении температуры сопротивление уменьшается. Низкая температура приводит к высокому напряжению сигнала.
Когда PCM видит напряжение сигнала выше 5 вольт для датчика IAT №1. Загорается световой индикатор Check Engine и сохраняется код ошибки DTC P0113 OBDII.
Симптомы неисправности
Основным симптомом появления ошибки P0113 для водителя является подсветка MIL (индикатор неисправности). Также его называют Check engine или просто «горит чек».
Также они могут проявляться как:
- Загорится контрольная лампа «Check engine» на панели управления (код будет записан в память ECM как неисправность).
- Двигатель автомобиля может работать неустойчиво под нагрузкой или ускорении.
- Работа двигателя на слишком бедной или слишком богатой топливной смеси в зависимости от температуры наружного воздуха.
- Но чаще, никаких симптомов не ощущается.
Причины возникновения ошибки
Код P0113 может означать, что произошла одна или несколько следующих проблем:
- Внутренняя неисправность датчика IAT №1.
- Неисправное соединение на датчике № 1 IAT.
- Цепь сигнала датчика IAT может быть замкнута.
- Проводка датчика проложена слишком близко к высоковольтной проводке (например, к генератору, кабелям свечей зажигания и т.д.).
- Жгут проводов датчика температуры воздуха на впуске оборвана или закорочена.
- Повреждение разъема или обрыв цепи модуля управления двигателем (ECM).
Датчик температуры воздуха на впуске (IAT) содержит полупроводниковое устройство, которое изменяет сопротивление в зависимости от температуры (термистор). Он расположен во впускном воздуховоде двигателя, имеет сигнальную цепь и цепь массы. Модуль управления трансмиссией (PCM) отслеживает сигнал датчика и устанавливает код P0113 OBDII. Когда сигнал датчика температуры всасываемого воздуха выходит за рамки заводской спецификации.
Как устранить или сбросить код неисправности P0113
Некоторые предлагаемые шаги для устранения неполадок и исправления кода ошибки P0113:

Диагностика и решение проблем
Начиная диагностику неисправности P0113, проверьте сканирующим прибором, возможно ли снять показания с датчика IAT. Если показания снимаются, и они в допуске, проблема, скорее всего, периодическая. Если показание меньше -30 °С градусов, отсоедините разъем.
Установите перемычку между цепями сигнала разъема жгута проводов и цепями массы. Показание температуры IAT на диагностическом приборе должно быть максимально высоким. Например, должно быть 140 градусов по Цельсию или выше. Если так, то с проводкой все в порядке, возможно, проблема с соединением.
При проблеме получения данных сканирующим прибором, скорее всего, что сигнал датчика отсутствует из-за проблемы в линии 5 вольт. Проверьте с помощью мультиметра целостность цепи сигнала между разъемом PCM и разъемом IAT.
