Салют!
недавно создавал тему по поводу замены i5-2400 на xeon v1230-v2. Решился таки…но вот есть одно но.
Не встает биос 3702. Все что до него без проблем, он не хочет. На оф.сайте написано, что проц плата держит, но нужен биос 3702.
Ревизия материнки 1.04. Пробовал найти биос конкретно под эту ревизию (ну мало ли) — безуспешно или я плохо искал.
выскакивает ошибка » Image integrity check failed»
Мне не повезло и камень не поставить я так понимаю? =(

Забыл упомянуть…шил из под биоса с флешки, предварительно форматнув в fat32.

Можно попробовать програматором залить. С сохранением резервной копии, конечно.

Берёте мамку в руки, идёте к знакомому, у которого этот самый програматор есть, приносите ему литр пива, и он вам за часок делает. Всё просто.

В командную строку вбей wmic baseboard get serialnumber
или на наклейке посмотри, на самой материнке.
Выше 3702 тоже не ставится, или просто выше нет? В биос есть пункт для обновления?

K2K, вбил, ничего командная строка закрылась, ничего не произошло…
нет, выше там еще много версий биоса. Мне надо хотя бы 3702, чтоб ксеон завелся. До этого самая первая версия стояла 0305, из-за этого 10ка не ставилось корректно, цп был в 100%. Перепрошил, 10ка норм установилась. Дк вот выше 3604 не ставится, у меня щас как раз 3604 и стоит, а так там еще полно свежих биосов.

Пункт обновления есть, через него и делал. Флешку в фат32, туда биос, все нормально до 3702, дальше ошибка.

У меня показывает и раньше, на других платах показывало. Тогда смотри на наклейке.

Так ты пробовал что-то выше 3702 прошить, или нет? Необязательно шить все по очереди, или именно 3702, достаточно любого не ниже 3702.

K2K, пробывал, ошибка. Я имею в виду, что с биоса 3702 ничего не встает.

ronn777, могу дать ссылку на другой метод прошивки, а там сам читай, что к чему и все риски на тебе.
Кстати, поставил бы Xeon и посмотрел, вдруг заведется с имеющимся биос.

Вбивать нужно не в саму командную строку (Win + R). Туда нужно вбить cmd, а в открывшемся чёрном окне уже вписывать wmic…

В поддержки путного ничего не сказали. Погуглил, нашел тему, что тоже биос не ставился на такую же мать. Там ставили со сторонних ресурсов, все хорошо. Только откуда еще качать биос, кроме как с оф.сайта?

Может http://www.mmnt.ru/ftp-sites/ftp.asus.com модель материнки в поиск там вбей.

Так ксеона то у меня нет, смысл мне еще щас заказывать с али, если биос не могу поставить( Там же на оф.сайте написано, что биос должен быть 3702 и выше

А, тогда ладно. Скачал оттуда P8H67-M-PRO-ASUS-V-P8H67E-0801.ROM. Наверное, аудио драйвер Да, для про версии, но тем не менее.
ronn777, у тебя СЦ какой нить в городе есть? Отнеси им плату и скажи, что ты хочешь, пусть прошьют. Потратишь немного денег, зато нервы будут целы и время сэкономишь.

K2K, Нашел таки пару файлов на свою материнку, по поиску попробовал прям номер биоса вбить, получилось Спасибо! Дома буду побывать.
Сервис центр путный даже не знаю где, обычно все сам делал.

Думаю проблему я нашел…в общем на старте продаж, были проблемные чипы у сэнди бридж, так называемый стенпинг B2.
На официальном сайте представлена плата ревизии 3.0 и стенпинга B3.
Попалась мне сырая и не допиленная мать.

I’m facing a problem, my mobo don’t want to update bios,
I’m downloading the bios from here: http://www.asus.com/Motherboard/P8H67M/#support_Download_30
I don’t know wether it’s affecting the updating bios or not (since I’m only using proc and ram) but I’m choosing win7 64bit ROM.
but it give me error message: «Image integrity check failed»
I’m trying to use the win7 32bit file but it give me same error message.

Hi everyone,

I am having the exact same problem as kovzone.

Same MB: P8H67-M, bought as a separate component
Same messages: «Image Integrity Check failed» when I try flashing the bios with EZ Flash.
Current BIOS version: 0304 (17/11/2010)
Versions I tried to flash: 3802 (latest), 3706 (the one before).
The bios image files are on an USB key that is plugged directly into the MB (no hub, no cable or anything)

When I try flashing the bios with AI suite from within Win7 it seems to work (no error message) but then there is no change in the bios version number. In other words, AI suite fails silently while EZ flash is polite enough to complain but the bottom line is the same: no update.

One thing is weired: the dates indicated on ASUS’s website for each file are different than those that appear as the release date displayed by AI suite when it opens the image file. Actually, the date according to AI suite seems to be the date of the PREVIOUS release!

Example:
3802 —> 29/04/2013 (ASUS website) but 03/12/2012 (according to AI suite)
2706 —> 03/12/2012 (ASUS website) !!!!

Hard to say what’s wrong.
Some options:
contact ASUS Support,
leave the BIOS as it is, if the system runs OK,
check http://support.asus.com/Troubleshooting/detail.aspx?SLanguage=en&p=1&m=P8H67-M&s=39&hashedid=LjSSn573sBqqHh8X&os=&no=937
if none works and you still want a newer BIOS version, order a BIOS chip and replace the board’s one (not the best option).

Interestingly enough, I am now able to answer my own question!

I tried all the bios versions available from ASUS, in sequential order (from 0305 onwards) and this is what I found.

Everything is fine until v. 3604 included. All successive bios versions install successfully. Some reset the parameters and some do not, but everything works all right.

And then, when I tried to install the next version (3702), bam! «Image Integrity Check failed»!

I tried every other version above 3702, same thing. Then I noticed a rather cryptic comment on ASUS website next to version 3604: «Please update Bios twice when update from previous Bios version, then need CLRTC.» Reading the manual, I figured out that «CLRTC» means that you need to use the jumpers to force the NV ram parameters to be erased. Ok. So I duly re-flashed 3604 and did the jumper dance. Guess what it did? Absolutely nothing. trying to flash 3702 and above still yield «Image Integrity Check failed». There, I decided to call it a day.

There are a few other ominous signs that some kind of serious version housekeeping fuck-up occured at ASUS regarding the bios update of this MB. First, there is the date issue reported above, then the list of features reported as fixed look suspiciously the same for 3604 and 3702 (except for the bizarre and ineffective additional upgrade steps for 3604). Finally, the «Manual» download section for this MB includes a document titled «P8P67 and P8H67 Series Bios update Insert page». Sounds good. What does it contain? Some info about the boot sequence and NOTHING regarding bios update except for the title …

Well, all this is REALLY sloppy and quite unlike ASUS imho. Let us hope they read this and pull their shit together.

I saw a fault in the original P8H67-v bios chip and replace the motherboard asus h61 series b
64 mbitlik wore the bio. 3707 with bios programmer is needed before installing the latest version of the bios chip 64 mbitlik print, and I’ve written a new chip (H61 series coming from asus) and I plugged in my motherboard P8H67-V models to fix the problem. running smoothly.

As noted in Comments above, you should download the image again from the official server, ensuring that it is standard release, not Early Access or Beta. Run the upgrade again with the new image. Discard the problem image.

«Integrity Check» means that they’ve run a checksum or some other method of confirming that the file is exactly the same as when it left ASUS, and it failed. It’s usually just a flipped bit from a temporary file copy issue. However, it could mean that someone swapped in malware instead of the valid image. Either way, just download it again.

ASUS Support is a good resource for precise answers to other BIOS install errors.

Not really an answer, but from my own searches the «image integrity check failed» is a common issue for this motherboard (and a few others of the ASUS P8 series).

A few esoteric «solutions» can be found online, but none of the ones I tried (e.g. using a USB2 port on the board and not on the box, disabling USB3 in the BIOS, etc.) worked, and after trying a couple of times to update the BIOS from the EZ Flash 2 Utility with each available version on ASUS’ website I eventually gave up.

Maybe the tool itself is corrupted, who knows ? In this case people running Windows might have more chances using the Windows ASUS BIOS update tool.

Cannot update bios «Image integrity check failed»

So I’m trying to update my BIOS using the asus flash tool but when I select the rom from my clean usb stick only having the rom file in it it gives me the error «image integrity check failed» Motherboard:M5A97 This is the link where I got the rom https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A97/HelpDesk_Download/
