Принтер не опознает чипы

Привет всем!
та же проблема что и у автора темы, принтер наотрез отказывается принимать чипованную планку СНПЧ.
Горит красная капля, требует замены всех картриджей (красные кресты). При этом в любой момент при замене планки на родные картриджи, они определяются нормально.
Поначалу грешил на плохой контакт, но после нескольких снятийустановок планки на всех контактных площадках остались следы.
что делать?

Кстати…а кнопка какая…посредине «отросток» и на нём кнопка или СБ-кнопка слева вверху?

Купил новый принтер r270, пришел домой отломал крышку с каретки, которая катриджи сверху закрывает. Поставил СНПЧ, принтер его не видит. Я пару раз повключал, выключал принтер, протер контакты, снпч проверил, не видит и все тут.
Поставил оригинальные катриджи, тоже не видит, начал читать ваш форум, все перерыл.
Начал вставлять оригинальные катриджи по одному, вставляешь 5 из 6, 5 видит и показывает что 6 цвета нет, только вставляешь 6 катридж, перестает видить все цвета.
Катриджи можно менять местами, результат такой же 5 из 6 видит, а 6 вставляешь катриджей перестает все видеть. т.е. нет привязки к конкретному цвету.
Начал проверять прошивку (где то на форуме нашел, что может смена региона и т.д.). Поставил старый принтер, сделал бэк. поставил новый принтер залил бэк со старого принтера. не помогло.
Т.к. из-за отломаной крышки гарантии нет, да и сервис центр это долго.
Почитав темы решил, что осталось 2 варианта:
1) Предохранитель Ф2, я подумал если сгорел то по идее все цвета не определяются, но прочитал собщение

Спасибо впаял перемычку заработало на R285, а то тоже по 5 картриджей определял а по 6 нет теперь и СНПЧ определяет и картриджи «
2) Второй совет я нашел у » User777
Для тех у кого проблема с Epson R270/290/390/RX590/610 — «не видит картриджи» либо «Не видит только один из 6-ти катртриджей». Если предохранитель целый — идём в сервисцентр и покупаем у них б/у-шную (но рабочую) платку определения чипов (находится в каретке ПГ — на ней нарисованы 6 цветов), её меняем и всё! Сам так сделал больше 10-ти принтеров которые не видели только 1 картридж — а предохранител F2 целый»
Принтер старый есть, то можно поменять платку.
А вот я подумал, может просто головы поменять? С нового принтера голову на старый поставить.
В общем, СПАСИБО огромное за советы, которые тут написаны! Здесь описано все так хорошо, что не справиться с проблемой только ленивый, а если на форуме не помогут, то СЦ тем более не поможет.

Как и ожидал, я про что-то забыл.
Поменял голову с нового принтера на старый и он стал выдавать такую же ошибку
5 из 6 видит, а 6 из 6 не видит ни одного.
голову прописать не удается пишет INK OUT ERROR, хотя к чему это он пишет…
начал менять платку определения чипов. результат один.
Может мои проблемы связаны с ПГ?

Подсох жёлтый цвет на Эпсон С91, для промывки дюз, снял голову, при включенном питающем шнуре в сеть, при выключенном принтере через кнопку. После установки головы на место, перестали опознаваться чипы автосбросса уровня чернил. На материнской плате сгорел предохранитель FU3, после замены предохранителя, чипы опознались без проблем, принтер печатает уже второй день. При отсоединении, какого шлейфа сгорел предохранитель, не знаю т.к. отсоединял шлейф от головы и от платы контроля чипов.

Да уж какя разница…важно помнить-любые манипуляции по разборке, выполнять при отключённом кабеле питания и интерфейсного кабеля…

Принтер Epson c86. Не опознается планка с чипами, купленная на Ресеттерсе, но проверить ее нет возможности. Есть также подозрение, что этот принтер пытались перепрошить. Может ли помочь корректная перепрошивка? B Adjustment program c86 выдает ошибку, что чернила закончились, можно ли обойти как-то эту ошибку. Есть ли какие-то другие программы для прошивки принтера с86.

Всем привет. Проблема с r 295 печатал на пзк wwm перестал опредилять один жолтий, тойсть сначала пропали все я обнулил невидет только жолтый. поставил оригинальные нармально печатал до окончания жолтого. поставил пзк интек нехоче невидет ниодного , и оригинальные тоже перестал видеть. И что делать подскажыте, какое ришение проблемы кроме срвиса?

Товарищи, проблема возникла с CX4300. Недавно приобрел набор перезаправляемых картриджей: http://resetters.com/Komplekt-perezapravlj…00b-p-1057.html
Заправил их чернилами (какими именно сейчас не вспомню, но помню что подходящими), попробовал — печатает на ура! Пропечатал принтер с месяц, сегодня отказался определять все цветные картриджи, на них кресты (черный определяет). Краски во всех картриджах еще достаточно, принтер с высоты не падал :), вытаскивать-вставлять картриджи пробовал — не помогает.
Уважаемые, по какой причине/причинам исправно работающий принтер мог вдруг отказаться опознавать картриджи? Поделитесь пожалуйста вашими соображениями.

EPSON Stylus Photo
When following status occur, the printer goes to the error status and stops taking data, setting the
/ERROR signal in the interface as «Low», and Busy signal as «High». At this time, the printer goes to non
printable status. Refer to section 1.4.3 for more details of LED Panel indicators during the various error
status.
1.5.1 Ink Out
When the printer runs out most part of the ink of any one color, it warns ink-low and keeps printing. When
the printer runs out the whole ink of any one color, it stops printing and indicates ink-out error. User is
requested to install a new ink-cartridge in this state. A ink-cartridge once taken out should never be used
again. Re-installation of the cartridge not filled fully upsets the ink level detection and may cause a serious
problem in the print head as a result.
Never use the ink cartridge once taken out.
Following explains above warning sign.
[Step 1]
After the cartridge is once taken out, bubbles come in from the ink supply hole located at
the top of cartridge and are absorbed into the head during printing performance.
Therefore, the head will be unable to discharge the ink properly. Also, inevitable
entering of bubbles when installing a new ink cartridge can be absorbed to ink itself since
the ink itself in the cartridge is deaerated during the production process.
However, this absorbing ability can last only about one hour after the cartridge is installed.
[Step 2]
Even after the bubble absorbing ability described above stops, there is no worry about
entering bubbles as long as the ink cartridge is being installed to the printer.
However, if the ink cartridge which does not have absorbing ability any more is once
removed from the printer, new coming bubbles into the cartridge will never disappear
naturally. These bubbles may cause not only printing malfunction but also thickening ink.
This thickened ink goes into the head and clogs ink path in the head or nozzle and may
cause serious head damage.
[Step 3]
As standard specification for EPSON Stylus Photo, ink consumption counter is reset when
the ink cartridge is removed. If an ink cartridge is removed and re-installed unnecessarily
the value on the ink consumption monitor which the user can check will be wrong and
printer may keep printing even though the ink cartridge is installed empty.
This may cause head damage.
1.5.2 Paper Out
When printer fails to load a sheet after power on operation including timer-cleaning is done and Load/Eject
button on the FF command or operation panel is pressed, it goes paper out error.
1.5.3 Paper Jam
When the printer fails to eject a sheet even after feeding motion is completed or Load/Eject button on the
FF command or operation panel is pressed, it goes paper jam error.

Fix Epson WF-3720 printer errors : ink out, ink cartridge is low, ink cartridge near end, ink cartridge is empty, incompatible ink cartridge.
– The ink chips was installed on all Epson WF-3720 printer’s ink cartridges . These chips interact with the printer software installed on the computer, allowing users to track the printer’s ink status. Report the amount of ink remaining to the user through the “Epson Status Monitor” or on the LCD screen of the printer (if it has).
– When the “Epson Status Monitor” or on the printer’s LCD screen announces: ‘Black, Yellow, Magenta, Cyan ink cartridge is low’, ‘Black, Yellow, Magenta, Cyan ink cartridge near end’, ‘Black, Yellow, Magenta, Cyan ink cartridge is empty’ then Epson WF-3720 printer has been near end or runs out of ink (one or several colors). Now, If you want to the printer continue printing, there are two options: replace continuous ink supply system – CISS to cost savings or replace the genuine cartridge with high price.
– Currently, the Epson WF-3720 printer does not have what are continuous ink supply system compatible with it, so technicians have to manually create continuous ink supply system. However, when it was installed on the printer, some error message appears: “Ink Level Error” or “Ink Out Error” and the printer can not print. This is because the chip on the continuous ink supply system (CISS) is incompatible with your printer Epson WF-3720, saying exactly it is not compatible with the printer’s current firmware. At this time, you need to change firmware version to default with disabled ink cartridge in service mode by Chipless Key to make Epson WF-3720 printer Chipless so that the printer can function normally without the cartridge chip. This causes your Epson WF-3720 printer will show 100% ink level all time you use it, it will not need to ink cartridges chips or CISS chips will be required anymore.
– Modify printers Firmware -> printer will not require Ink Cartridges (IC Chips on cartridges) anymore. You will not need to reset ink chips or replace them if they are broken, no need to hard reset or factory reset Epson WF-3720.
– You can use CISS or Refillable Ink Cartridges on those printer models that doesnt have AutoReset Chips developed yet! Instead of using expensive Epson OEM Ink Cartridges. You can use third party Ink Cartridges, CISS or Refill Cartridges now !
– Reset Ink Chip Allowing printers to work without limits and the chip reset. All you need for printing is to refill the ink tanks in time.
How to chipless firmware Epson WF-3720
For updating the printer firmware into a chipless one you need
1. Firmware Program compatible with your printer model.
2. Activation Program compatible with your printer model.
3. A computer with a Windows operating system and Internet access, only 1 printer driver software on computer.
4. USB cable.
5. Activation key.
– Get Key Chipless Epson WF-3720:
Before you continue with the reprogramming of the firmware, please make sure that the device is installed on your computer. Remove any other printers driver software on computer. And make sure that any other devices (except mouse and keyboard, printer), which are connected to your computer via USB or LPT ports are disconnected. It’s preferable that the computer is connected to the “UPS” (uninterruptible power source) device, because if during the reprogramming process the electricity source has any interruptions, then the reprogramming will be carried out with an error, which makes the device unable to work.
STEP 1. Download Firmware and Activation for Epson WF-3720:

– Unpackthe ZIP archives of these programs. Password Extract Activation is chiplessprinter.com
STEP 2. Turn off your printer using the power button and wait at least one minute.
STEP 3. Connect the printer to a Windows computer using a USB cable.
STEP 4. Login Firmware Update Mode
STEP 5. Launch the Chipless Firmware program on your computer.
Read the introduction and click Next.
Read the license agreement, set the marker opposite “I agree.” and click on the button next.
Click the Start button and accept the warning about updating the firmware.
At this point, chipless firmware will be downloaded to the printer. The completion of the download process on to the printer will be indicated by the word FINISHED on the printer display. After that, press the OK button on the control panel and the printer will turn off.
STEP 6. Turn on the printer in normal mode (using the power button) and run the Chipless Activation program on the computer
STEP 7. In Chipless Activation select your printer model and click the Activate Online button. In the window that opens, enter the activation key and click OK. The program will send a request to the chiplessprinter.com server and activate chipless firmware.
An activation key can be purchased at chiplessprinter.com. The key has a limited validity period and is suitable for only one specific printer.
STEP 8. Save the firmware recovery code, which will be generated in the appropriate program window. This code will be needed if necessary, to restore chipless firmware.
STEP 9. Turn off the printer using the power button. The device is flashed into a chipless version.
STEP 10. Install the supplies in the printer and turn it on. The printer will be ready for use.
IT’s IMPORTANT! Do not turn on the printer after activating the firmware without consumables installed – this may lead to the failure of the print head of the printer.
Get Key Chipless Firmware Epson WF-3720
One of the problem on the Epson printer when ink level indicator is empty will show Ink Out error message when printing. This problem is usually marked with the ink led/ resume led is light (not blinking) and when view ink level indicator the printer status on computer it show the cartridge indicator is empty and marked with X. To solve this problem, on the canon printer you can press button combination to reset the ink level but on the Epson printer you need chips resetter or on old version Epson printer you can use software resetter like SSC server or adjustment program.
In the Epson printer this problem usually appear if you use original Epson cartridges (on new Epson printer model, C79 above) and this problem cannot be reset using resetter but on old version Epson printer such as Epson C45, C67, C58, etc you can reset the cartridge using cartridge resetter.
To solve “Ink out error” problem for Epson Printer you can use one of the following methods:
- Change the Epson Cartirdge with compatible Epson cartridge or replace the Epson chips with auto-reset chips.
- Reset Chips of cartridges using chips resetter (Chips resetter available for old Epson version only). You can buy chip resetter on computer or printer shops near you home. If you use old epson printer model you can reset the chips using SSC software but this software not support for new Epson printer models.
- Replace old cartridge with new cartridges, this is last solution if the both methods above not solve the problem. Before replace with new cartridge, check beforehand whether the problem is really caused by a cartridge or not because I found some ink out error is not caused by chips but cause by cartridge not installed correctly.
I hope this post can help you to solve “Ink out error” problem in your Epson printer
