Здравствуйте! Принесли фотоаппарат Sony DSC-H2 , без флешки работает, с флешкой вылетает ошибка C:13:01 и пишет: «Вставьте снова карту Sony Memory…». Следов воды или удара нет. Напряжение MS_VCC = 3.15В, CLK проверить не могу, нет осцила. Все контакты слота прозваниваются с резисторами на основной плате возле IC001. На всех контактах при включенном аппарате и вставленной карте 0Вольт.(конечно кроме питания). Подскажите в чём может быть дело, нормально ли напряжение питания флешки?

Конечно… проверено не только компьютером, но и Sony DSC-T3

Капитан Немо, спасибо за интересную инфу,но не помогает. У меня М2 с переходником, дождусь фотика с флешкой без переходника, ещё раз попробую.

Без переходника тоже не работает, флешка вынута из другого Sony. Пропаял проц, безрезультатно,обрыв под ним отпадает….

а чё отпадает? Подними проц и прозвони
Или самое простое, залом или изгиб одного из контактов слота. Извиняюсь, если посягнул на ваш профессионализм, но бывает просто по невнимательности ))

Нет, контакты в порядке, все контакты звонятся до платы, питание есть. Поднять проц можно, но клиент божится, что не ронял, значит вариант с трещинами монтажа отпадает. Честно оворя руки уже давно опустились, сегодня отработал маловероятные версии причин неисправности. В нете много похожих проблем, часть из которых люди решили банальным форматом или поджатием контактов слота, больше решений нет.

Потрясающе! Видимо где-то в слоте пропадал контакт, возможно была трещинка вывода слота, пропайка всех контактов решила проблему. Спасибо всем!

bvd огромный респект, мне помогло пропайка.
I have a cyber shot DSC-TX30 and had this error also following removal of micro sd card to transfer pics to computer via a sd card reader. after putting the card back in the camera I had the error mentioned. Formatted card, cleaned contacts.. blah blah.. thought the card only fit in camera one way as had tried unsuccessfully to install card back in upside down origionally.
After pulling my hair out I tried the card upside down again and whala. it went straight in all errors solved.
actually the error was me.
Check the inside of the card slot to make sure the card contacts and the camera contacts are facing each other.
A MICRO SD CARD WILL FIT IN THE SLOT CONTACTS UP AND CONTACTS DOWN!! Check card slot for alignment.

I am Madhu, I have sony cybershot digital camera model T7 and currently I am getting error C:13:01 error.I have changed memory stick however still I am getting the same. Please let me know what all are the options I need to try to fix the problem. appreciate your quick response.Thanks and regards

From what I know of this error it seems to occur because of a bad connection between the contacts of the memory card and of the camera. Because of this the fixes that I provide attempt to fix a possible contact issue. I recommend that you try the card in a memory card reader (you can buy one for very cheap) before attempting the fix in order to get your pictures off first.
Fix One:
Find yourself a pencil with an eraser at the end. Take the memory stick and rub the gold contacts gently with the eraser. Do this for 20-30 seconds until you’ve covered the entire surface of the contacts. Then insert the card into the camera, switch to “setup” mode and turn the camera on. This should turn off the error message.
The person I heard this fix from recommends you then format the card using the cameras format command.
Fix Two:
We will try to make sure that there is a proper connection between the contacts on the memory card and the camera. To do this remove and insert the memory stick several times over. Some recommend 5, 10, and even 20 times. The point is to get that card to align properly.
Fix Three:
Try to wiggle the card until the error disappears. This should restore contact.
Fix Four:
There are tabs on some cameras that guide the card into the slot. Bend these just the slightest bit towards each other in order to get the card to fit firmly into the slot. Be careful with this step in order to avoid breaking or otherwise damaging the tabs.
