Hi Friends, today i face some problem with EM dbconsole in one of my databases are here is the way how i resolved it

Database version : 10.2.0.4 standard edition
OS version : windows 2003 server with service pack 2

Problem : Sys admin performed firm upgrade on my database server and rebooted it. From that moment EM dbconsole is not working

1) i checked the status of dbconsole as follows

C:Documents and Settingsoracms>emctl status dbconsole

2) then i tried starting dbconsole and got following error

3) then i tried to find out what this message is

as you can see we cannot understand what is the exact problem here…

4) sometimes this problem may occur because SYSMAN and DBSNMP users got locked. so i checked their account status

C:Documents and Settingsoracms>sqlplus “/ as sysdba”

so from above, its clear that both the user accounts are open

5) then i checked if agent is running or not

Agent is Not Running

6) because agent is not running, i tried to start it

C:Documents and Settingsoracms>emctl start agent

as mentioned i tried to check what this message is…

7) restarting the server could be a solution, but we cannot do that if it is a production database. so i recreated repository
Do remember, recreating enterprise manager repository will not have any impact on database functionality

before recreating, take out the info like
Database hostname
Database SID
Listener port number
password for SYS user
password for DBSNMP user
password for SYSMAN user
also, it is important that DBSNMP and SYSMAN user’s account should be opened

use the following command to recreate repository

C:Documents and Settingsoracms>emca -config dbcontrol db -repos recreate

this successfully created repository and started my dbconsole

so i am happy that my problem solved. but when i checked the EM dbconsole status….it gave me another shock

then i started looking at log and found following warning

so finally, i reloaded listener and you know it started working… 🙂

Купили 8 таких ПК (то есть конфигурация одинаковая). Образ Windows 10 Pro x64 создан при помощи программы от Microsoft (media tool creation) и был установлен на все новые ПК.

И только на одном из них возникла следующая проблема:

1) В трее на иконке сети отображается жёлтый треугольник с восклицательным знаком, при нажатии на значок пишет: «Подключение к интернету отсутствует».

2) При попытке зайти на любой сайт в Интернете через браузер Microsoft Edge, браузер пишет: «Не удалось открыть эту страницу»

3) При попытке зайти на любой сайт используя «Классическое приложение Internet Explorer»
первая попытка всегда заканчивается одним и тем же, а именно вот таким сообщением:

Программа «Internet Explorer» не работает.

Возникшая проблема привела к прекращению работы программы. Windows закроет эту программу, а если есть известный способ устранения проблемы, уведомит вас об этом.

Ниже располагается кнопка «Закрыть программу».

Далее происходит автоматически перезапуск Internet Explorer и всё работает до закрытия браузера, если его закрыть и открыть по новой, то первый раз всегда выскакивает выше указанная ошибка.

4) В событиях системы присутствует ооооочень длинный список повторяющихся ошибок (привожу в хронологическом порядке):

Код события: 7001

Служба «Служба списка сетей» является зависимой от службы «Служба сведений о подключенных сетях», которую не удалось запустить из-за ошибки 

Операция успешно завершена.

Код события: 10005

Произошла ошибка DCOM «1068» при попытке запуска службы netprofm с аргументами «Недоступно» для запуска сервера:

Код события: 7024

Служба «Служба сведений о подключенных сетях» завершена из-за следующей внутренней ошибки:

Пробовал делать так:

При выполнении от администратора net start netprofm выдает ошибку:
Системная ошибка 1068.
Не удалось запустить дочернюю службу.

При этом:

• почта через Mozila Thunderbird работает
• браузер Chrome от Google работает
• Internet Explorer работает (подробности работы см. выше)
• доступ в локальной сети к общим папкам, ping, печать на принтеры и т.п работает

ВОПРОС:

1) Что это такое и как с этим бороться?

2) Как заставить работать Microsoft Edge?

3) Как убрать раздражающий жёлтый треугольник с восклицательным знаком? (То есть понятно, что нужно запустить «не запускаемые» службы, но как !?)

В общем прошу помощи знающих людей. Спасибо.
