Ошибка при установке miktex

I cannot get MiKTeX 2.9.6069 to install on Windows 10 Home 64-bit.

Here is the failure message from my last attempt, using the 32-bit installer with no option changes:

I’ve tried numerous times in different sessions (i.e. span of time and numerous restarts between); various option combos; deleted Program Files folders, tried again; run as administrator and not.

I do find it rather disturbing that the slashes do not seem to be consistent in the URIs. That’s a sure way to make things not work, from my limited programming experience. But I see that has been the case in most of the instances of failed installations since 2013, at least. If it were the problem, I would hope it would’ve gotten fixed by now. So not likely the problem?

I’m a newbie in the whole TeX-&-LaTeX-based world, and I’m trying to install MiKTeX right now.

My OS is Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit.

I had MiKTeX, LaTeX, and LyX previously installed.
I uninstalled them via the Change or Remove a Program of Windows.

The file I downloaded was
Basic MiKTeX Installer, 64-bit.
After downloading it, I started the installation, and got these errors:

I repeated this process about 2-3 times, and in all of them, I had all the folders of MiKTeX, from what it seemed to me. And, And, in every single time, I got those errors.

In the error message of the pop-up, it mentioned a log file. After I installed MiKTeX for the first 2-3 times, where everything seemed to be installed, I went to that log file, and it was empty.

I don’t know if the installation happened successfully in the previous times, since I got the same errors every single time, but now, I’m sure that it didn’t.

Now, the only folders & files that I have are:

1. miktex
   1. config
      1. setup-2016-11-17-16-06.log which you can view here

As opposed, like I said, to all of the folders that were installed, that seemed to be like they are all of what should be after a successful installation — folders like pdflatex and others.

How can I fix this?

Этому может быть много причин и однозначно сказать нельзя. Его могут блокировать: антивирус, виндовый фаервол — эти двое лечатся. Хуже, если блокировка идет на уровне провайдера интернета, с этим уже сложно бороться.

Попробуйте для начала отключить антивирус (и/или фаервол) на время установки. Если не поможет… Сетвой инсталлер работает в 2 этапа. Первый этап — загрузка. И загрузку можно выполнить на другом компьютере (на работе?). В зависимости от типа инсталлера (32 или 64 битный) в итоге должно получиться от 1 Гб до примерно 1.5 Гб. Может и несколько больше, я давно новую версию не стаскивал. Я это к тому, чтобы был примерный ориентир. И по времени это может занять минут 15-40, в зависимости от скорости соединения.

Если удастся загрузить, то надо забрать весь подкаталог (лучше все упаковать с легким уровнем сжатия, т.к. один большой файл носить и копировать проще, чем 2000+ мелких файлов. Для второго этапа надо запускать тот же инсталлер, но выбрать в нем полную установку (а не загрузку).

Если не получится так скачать, можно попросить кого-нибудь (да хотя бы и меня) выложить дистрибутив на какой-то сетевой диск (гугл или яндекс).

Или как вариант, можно вместо миктеха установить TeXLive — у него можно скачать дистрибутив в виде DVD образа. По количеству пакетов он должен быть не хуже миктеха (но под windows я с ним дела не имел).

Wow, I’ve found something. Can it be, thats the command don’t read relative Pathes?
I take now:
miktexsetup.exe install —package-set basic —local-package-repository=C:TempMikTexRepository —verbose
and it works!

The errror comes with the install task:
miktexsetup.exe install —package-set basic —local-package-repository=.Repository —verbose
Gives:
this is MiKTeX Setup Service 4.0 (MiKTeX 20.6)
miktexsetup.exe: MiKTeX encountered an internal error.

With —trace gives the same.
On an other PC ( Windows Server 2016 ) the same.

I’m not sure about the version, I’ve downloaded (MiKTex 20.6 vs. 20.10).
