Iveco stralis 2006 , подозрение на неисправность блока RFC.

В один момент, отказало половина внешних световых приборов на прицепе и тягаче. Оказалось, что сгорел оранжевый предохранитель №2(RFC питание левых задних фонарей) в блоке возле АКБ. Были ошибки по КЗ стопов прицепа и еще целая куча по габаритам, поворотам. Причину толком не нашли, был плохой контакт массы в розетке прицепа и в фонарях стояло по две лампы на стопы(стопы + ПТФ).Предохранитель заменили и после этого стопы на прицепе горят постоянно, без зажигания и без нажатия на тормоз. На тягаче стопы работают нормально, в RFC висит ошибка 05 05 — стоп-сигнал прицепа обрыв. Провод от RFC до розетки прицепа доходит, с плюсом, массой и другими контактами розетки прицепа не звонится. Получается что-то выгорело внутри блока?

На Iveco Stralis,чтобы проверить проводку,например фонари-стопы- прочее,нуна кусок от RFC до всех конечных инстанций прошерстить. Желательно,сняв с авто. Бывает один провод в пяти местах оборван.При этом по поры-до времени всё арбайтен,как ни странно.На Iveco действует Закон взаимопомощи соседних проводов.Впрочем,они с MAN родственники в этом.Как-то на MAN TGA закосячил задний фонарь. При этом он светился и моргал,как новогодняя ёлка,капризничал в движении и сигналил при нажатии на тормоз. :mrgreen: Так что,ещё до проводки раз докопайтесь,включая сами фонари. А RFC сам как предохранитель работает.Чтобы спалить,надо постараться…я так думаю.

Да можно еще проверить досконально, но мне кажется, что внутри блока сгорел накоротко транзистор или через что там питание подается, поэтому и светятся стопы постоянно. Плюс по-любому идет с контакта блока. Не догадался я на самом блоке контакт на стопы прицепа прозвонить с плюсовыми контактами. Если будет звонится(особенно с контактом от сгоревшего преда) без сопротивления, то наверно действительно кирдык блоку. Единственное, что врядли блок сам по себе сломался от старости, где-то все же косяк притаился.

Нашлась причина в проводке прицепа, провод стоп-сигнала немного перетерся и изредка ерзал по железу. Машина какое-то время так и ездила(стопы пропадали на прицепе) до перегорания предохранителя. Только тогда начали искать причину, но блок видимо уже подломался. Так постоянный плюс и висит на выходе «стоп прицепа». Поставили в разрыв этого провода реле с предохранителем на 15 А, управление от стоп-сигнала тягача.
Проводку перепроверил, все в порядке, ошибка по стопам прицепа больше не появляется.

МОДУЛЬ ДВЕРИ ВОДИТЕЛЯ (DDM)/ МОДУЛЬ ДВЕРИ ПАССАЖИРА (PDM)/ МОДУЛЬ КАБИНЫ (CM)

Эти данные три электронных модуля идентичны.
DDM установлен внутри двери водителя, PDM установлен внутри двери пассажира.
Модуль кабины находится в отсеке под приборной панелью справа, там же где и ЭБУ АБС и ECAS.

Единственное различие между DDM и PDM заключается в том, что у последнего контакт 52/10 и 51/8 соединены перемыч>
кой для идентификации данного ЭБУ в качестве модуля пассажирской двери.

Модуль кабины управляет электрооборудованием кабины (таким как омыватели фар, солнцезащитные шторки и т. п.).

Iveco stralis 2006 , подозрение на неисправность блока RFC.

В один момент, отказало половина внешних световых приборов на прицепе и тягаче. Оказалось, что сгорел оранжевый предохранитель №2(RFC питание левых задних фонарей) в блоке возле АКБ. Были ошибки по КЗ стопов прицепа и еще целая куча по габаритам, поворотам. Причину толком не нашли, был плохой контакт массы в розетке прицепа и в фонарях стояло по две лампы на стопы(стопы + ПТФ).Предохранитель заменили и после этого стопы на прицепе горят постоянно, без зажигания и без нажатия на тормоз. На тягаче стопы работают нормально, в RFC висит ошибка 05 05 — стоп-сигнал прицепа обрыв. Провод от RFC до розетки прицепа доходит, с плюсом, массой и другими контактами розетки прицепа не звонится. Получается что-то выгорело внутри блока?

На Iveco Stralis,чтобы проверить проводку,например фонари-стопы- прочее,нуна кусок от RFC до всех конечных инстанций прошерстить. Желательно,сняв с авто. Бывает один провод в пяти местах оборван.При этом по поры-до времени всё арбайтен,как ни странно.На Iveco действует Закон взаимопомощи соседних проводов.Впрочем,они с MAN родственники в этом.Как-то на MAN TGA закосячил задний фонарь. При этом он светился и моргал,как новогодняя ёлка,капризничал в движении и сигналил при нажатии на тормоз. :mrgreen: Так что,ещё до проводки раз докопайтесь,включая сами фонари. А RFC сам как предохранитель работает.Чтобы спалить,надо постараться…я так думаю.

Да можно еще проверить досконально, но мне кажется, что внутри блока сгорел накоротко транзистор или через что там питание подается, поэтому и светятся стопы постоянно. Плюс по-любому идет с контакта блока. Не догадался я на самом блоке контакт на стопы прицепа прозвонить с плюсовыми контактами. Если будет звонится(особенно с контактом от сгоревшего преда) без сопротивления, то наверно действительно кирдык блоку. Единственное, что врядли блок сам по себе сломался от старости, где-то все же косяк притаился.

Нашлась причина в проводке прицепа, провод стоп-сигнала немного перетерся и изредка ерзал по железу. Машина какое-то время так и ездила(стопы пропадали на прицепе) до перегорания предохранителя. Только тогда начали искать причину, но блок видимо уже подломался. Так постоянный плюс и висит на выходе «стоп прицепа». Поставили в разрыв этого провода реле с предохранителем на 15 А, управление от стоп-сигнала тягача.
Проводку перепроверил, все в порядке, ошибка по стопам прицепа больше не появляется.

Проблема крылась в блоке, из-за короткого замыкания на проводах в электронном модуле сгорели силовые каскады и логические микросхемы. Ремонт блока произвели в кротчайшие сроки.
