Описание:
Данные о нагрузке от датчика веса классифицируются с помощью ЭБУ классификации пассажира, и его секретная информация отправляется в ЭБУ SRS по шине CAN. SRS-ECU определяет срабатывание подушки безопасности на основе этой секретной информации и управляет цепью питания инфлятора. Этот код неисправности показывает, не замкнут ли провод датчика веса накоротко на массу.

The load data from the weight sensor is classified with the occupant classification-ECU,and its classified information is send to SRS-ECU by CAN bus line.The SRS-ECU determines the air bag deployment based on this classified information,and controls the power supply circuit to the inflator.This DTC is see if the weight sensor wire are short-circuited to the ground.

Если ошибка указывает на неверные параметры (высокие или низкие значения) какого нибудь из датчиков или анализаторов, то вероятней всего этот элемент исправен, а проблему надо искать так сказать «выше по течению», в элементах работу которых анализирует датчик или зонд.
Если ошибка указывает на постоянно открытый или закрытый клапан, то тут надо подойти к решению вопроса с умом, а не менять бездумно этот элемент. Причин может быть несколько: клапан засорен, клапан заклинил, на клапан приходит неверный сигнал от других неисправных узлов.

INTRODUCTION
This bulletin provides information to address a customer concern of intermittent operation of the Hill Start Assist warning lamp. When the HSA warning lamp is illuminated, the hill start assist system is inoperative. DTC C0076 may be stored in memory along with detail codes 2610H and / or 2620H. All of these codes refer to the operation of the clutch switches.
SERVICE PROCEDURE / INFORMATION
There are 2 switches operated by the clutch pedal assembly, one sends an on-off signal to the cruise control system (if equipped) and the other an on-off signal for the starter inhibit (clutch start switch).
- For detail code 2610H, check the clutch pedal switch signal using the SSMIII following the procedure in the applicable Service Manual.
- For detail code 2620H, check the clutch pedal switch clearance following the procedure in the applicable Service Manual.
Once it has been determined the clearance adjustments are both within specification and switch signal functions are operating normally, the most likely cause for the intermittent HSA warning lamp illumination is the vehicle operator resting their left foot on the clutch pedal with enough pressure to activate the switches. Interview the customer about their driving habits then, if necessary, a road test while observing where they rest their left foot (especially in traffic) would be a good way to confirm the root cause of the condition. If you confirm the customer is resting their foot on the clutch pedal when they are not: starting out, shifting, or coming to a stop, an explanation of why their driving habits may be causing the HSA lamp to illuminate would be recommended. Because of the minimal amount of clearance which exists when the clutch switches are properly adjusted, even the slightest amount of unintentional pressure on the clutch pedal can result in false input signals to the respective control units resulting in the illumination of the HSA indicator lamp.

Расшифровка кодов диагностики OBDII/EOBD

Subaru Legacy B4 2006 года выпуска приехал в наш автосервис по нескольким причинам: 1) чип-тюнинг — динамичная версия, с отключенным контролем работы каталитического нейтрализатора и системы EGR; 2) диагностика системы Airbag; 3) ремонт системы контроля динамики автомобиля — VDC (Vehicle Dynamics Control).
В сегодняшней статье подробно разбираем только третью причину, а именно диагностику и ремонт системы VDC (Vehicle Dynamics Control).
Subaru Legacy — Компьютерная диагностика ABS/VDC
Итак, включаем зажигание, видим, что индикатор отключенной системы VDC, гаснуть не собирается. Значит в блоке управления присутствуют коды неисправностей.
Подключаем к автомобилю диагностический сканер ScanDoc и считываем коды ошибки из блока. Их было две:
- C0047 — Improper CAN communication
- C0071 — Датчик угла поворота рулевого колеса — неисправность
Первая ошибка удалилась и больше не появилась, а C0071, по датчику поворота руля, была текущей.
Заходим в данные, чтобы посмотреть на значение датчика угла поворота руля. Значение было на нуле и при вращении рулём, не изменялось. Попытка провести инициализацию (обучение), оказалась безуспешной. Было принято решение добраться до него и посмотреть что там к чему ))
Subaru Legacy — Steering Angle Sensor и его ремонт
Снимаем подрулевой кожух, находим разъем датчика. Он белый, 4х-пиновый, провода: чёрный, красный, синий, белый.
Смотрим электросхему. На датчик угла поворота рулевого колеса (Steering Angle Sensor), приходят четыре провода:
- 1 и 2 pin — цифровая шина CAN, у нас это белый и синий провода (переплетены косичкой). На них, при включенном зажигании, относительно массы, 2.4-2.6В.
- 3 pin — масса, у нас это чёрный провод.
- 4 pin — питание датчика, у нас это красный провод. На нём при включенном зажигании, относительно массы, 12В.
С электропроводкой всё оказалось в порядке. Решили снять датчик. Для этого снимаем подушку безопасности водителя.
Снимаем шлейф подушки безопасности и кнопок руля, вместе с датчиком.
Откручиваем датчик угла поворота рулевого колеса, от шлейфа.
После того как мы разобрали корпус датчика, обнаружился «рассинхрон между шестернёй и задающей пластиной». По всей видимости, кто-то что-то уже тут настраивал…
Устанавливаем метки друг напротив друга и собираем всё в обратной последовательности.
Subaru Legacy — Инициализация датчика в Subaru Select Monitor III
Почему-то ScanDoc — наша рабочая лошадка, отказался обучать Steering Angle Sensor. Поэтому подключились к автомобилю с помощью SSM3 (Subaru Select Monitor III). Видим всё туже неисправность C0071.
Выбираем Режим настройки датчика угла поворота рулевого колеса и нулевой точки датчика бокового ускорения.
Запускаем эту процедуру и ждём какое-то время.
Процесс обучения завершился успешно, ошибка C0071 тут же пропала.
Заходим в данные и видим, что датчик реагирует на вращение руля и его показания адекватны.
Индикатор неисправности в системе VDC погас, всё заработало в штатном режиме.
