iPhone 5S Restore stuck at 20% Sending NORData

Hi,
I have an iPhone 5S A1533 stuck on Apple logo (infinite loop).
Trying to restore it using 3utools but also not possible.
Always stop at 20% Sending NORData… and in the end «ERROR: unable to restore iDevice(-1)»
Any salvation to this piece of shit?

Ok, well still no luck.
I rebuilt all the software here with the latest commits (since I was using the libplist and usbmuxd from Homebrew) and still no luck.

It seems like:

libimobiledevice/src/idevice.c:390 internal_connection_recv_timeout(...) calls:
libusbmuxd/src/libusbmuxd.c:1130 usbmuxd_recv_timeout(...) which calls:
???/socket.h? socket_recv_timeout(...) ?

And usbmux_recv_timeout returns -35 at some point. Does that mean that it’s receiving the «Invalid Argument» from some other part of the code?
Though I’m not familiar enough with C to know about the internal libraries, I’m certain socket is one of them.

This chain seems to cause the last four lines:
service.c:163 service_receive_with_timeout(): could not read data
property_list_service.c:193 internal_plist_receive_timeout(): initial read=0
property_list_service.c:195 internal_plist_receive_timeout(): initial read failed!
No data to read
Which all seem to point to the program being unable to read plist data that’s supposed to be received from the fdr?

My device reboots back to the «Connect to iTunes» screen right after uploading the NORData (i.e. right when these errors get thrown) seemingly mid-restore.

I can’t help but notice this was opened over two months ago — did you discover a fix @OviOneKenoby ?

A lot of these issue tickets seem dead, though. Most of them are left completely unanswered since people seem to be using them for general help/support/questions rather than actual errors with the code or issues they’re having.

Кажется, у Apple проблемы с TSS-серверами. Во время установки прошивки происходит сбой и выводится ошибка 3503.

UPD: по последним данным, проблема затронула только владельцев Windows-ПК. И только во время установки обновления через iTunes.

UPD 2: временное решение заключается в установке бесплатной утилиты 3uTools. Это аналог iTunes, через который можно установить прошивку.

Повезёт, если установка не начнётся. Некоторые уже «словили кирпич».

Что интересно, на сайте Apple не указано, что какие-то сервисы дают сбой. «Всё работает в штатном режиме».

Проблема актуальна по всему миру и четкого решения пока нет. Рекомендуем не перестанавливать прошивку до тех пор, пока Apple не исправит проблему.

Предыстория такова, что телефон падал на шнурок при каждом обновлении по воздуху. после чего клиент его воскрешал через itunes и восстанавливал из резервной копии. телефон не разбирался, воды не было, не реф. вчера опять обновился, та же ситуация. подкинул к itunes в итоге завис на полосе, она даже не начала двигаться и так всю ночь. принес мне, я решил прошить через 3u tools, на 20 процентах показал ошибку (-1). замеры показали что нет ни одного питания модема. заменил кп бб, безрезультатно. перекатал модем, безрезультатно. другого модема нет от 6s чтобы подкинуть. и еще падения напряжений в прозвонке все в норме, только вот pp_0v9_smps1 странно всего 60мв. в то время как на других линиях в районе 425мв. какие мысли есть по этому поводу?

ой ой, питания модема не будет ни в рекавери ни при прошивке. только в конце прошивки появляется питание модема. а у вас мертвый нанд, меняйте. -1 в 3utools вообще не означает модем.

про питания спасибо) а вот у меня никогда не было проблем с нандом при -1. прикрепляю лог прошивки. но в itunes прошивка никогда не доходит до ошибки, а висит постоянно на Проверка восстановления iphone (вроде он уже прошился и восстановился, то есть прошивка завершилась).

я перекатывал модем, не помогает
с модемом -1, без него 4013

Есть такой и 6s и 7 . На 7ке пробовал катать/подкидывать другой нанд/КПРФ не помогло
Так и висел на подготовке восстановления ПО , но потом начал бить 4013 . куда смотреть… может быть все что угодно, и трансивер такое давал, или модем же:icq10:

Такая же картина у меня с iPhone 6. Менял 3 раза NAND. Перекатывал прц, модем, питальник модема, еепром — результата нет. Буду поднимать audio codack, компас и акселерометор. Все по шине i2c.

Доброе время суток парни!

Пришло тельце трупом, при зарядке 450 мА, при подсоединении к ПК весит в DFU, айтюнс предлагает восстановить, при попытке восстановления, тел высвечивает яблоко с полосой и спустя неск. сек, айтюнс выдает «ошибка 35»

Со слов клиента «не бит не крашен», АКБ на всякий случай подкинул, без изменений.

В сети пишут, что типа Nand издох ???

Кто в Курской обл. поможет клиенту?

Да, 35 это nand, подкинь чужой с 7 или se подходит, если 6s нету под рукой, прошьется но не активируется, так и убедишься.
почему то были такие, которые выдавали ошибку arb, после замены arb, уже ошибка нанд.

Проверил на др. ПК, ошибка 6, та же вроде nand, вычитал, что 10.3 бета «откачивала на время», нашел только iPhone_4.7_10.3.3_14G60_Restore — iTunes выдает 3194, либо 3004, 3Utools вообще матерится…

p.s. Да я не берусь за яблоки на таком уровне, посему и написал, кто отремонтит тел в Курской обл…

[help] iPhone update can’t get pass «Sending NORData

I have a friend’s phone that doesn’t really work. He wanted me to fix it to get his data off of it, so at the moment I’m using 3uTools to flash a new firmware to it.

It seems to all go well until it gets to the «Sending NORData» part. Not that it even FAILS that part, it just doesn’t get past it and then it times out.

Any idea what I can do? Not sure what NORData even is.

I have a feeling that if I were to go and flash the firmware without trying to retain the user data, it would work.

Any input?

Всем привет,
Как-то однажды повис на айтюнсе, пробовал перепрошить — ошибка 9.
Кто-то грешит на НАНД, кто-то грешит на процессор.
Происходит все так, ввожу в ДФУ, восстанавливаю скачанную прошивку официальную, последнюю, появляется «ожидание айфона» минута-полторы висит на этом этапе, после айфон перезагружается, в тюнсе 9 ошибка.
Кто сталкивался ? Как решалось ?

Все бы ничего, но, где просмотреть логи ? (macOS Sierra)

Нанд надо менять прописав серийник.

Нам помогла простая перекатка Nand.

Просто добавлю для информации, PCI-E шина зависшая -4013 ошибка, снял Вифи(до этого дико грелась, но как-то сама перестала греоться у клиента(контакты просто отгорели, узнал после снятия вифи-мс)) ошибка 9
Ориг модуль, Заряженная АКБ(от БП не пошло) и шьем. помогло….
Хотя предполагаю что с нандом все равно бяда будет.

была такая 6ка. Перекатал нанд, результат тот же, заменил тристар, тело прошилось без проблем, шил из рекавери, в дфу даже не загонял(Разумеется до перекатки пробывал по разному и дфу и рекавери) п.с. тристар родной выдавал то что нужно, но с ним не але

Вставлю свои 5 копеек: 6S ошибка 9 в самом начале прошивки (полоса прогресса появлялась, но не начинала заполняться). Уже было собрался нанд снимать… Махнул акб и прошился из dfu без проблем.
