The analyzer gives vacuum low. Therefore cannot complete initialization. I have replaced valves 6,7,8 & 9 and checked all the tubings for leakage but the problem persists. What could be the possible cause?

Hello. Im having the same problem. The analyzer cannot initialize. If v8 and v9 are ok then i think it should be either problem with vacuum chamber or vacuum pump. ???

perhaps even a problem with air filters. They need to be changed and there is such a filter in the pump. there they are 8pcs. Total

Mindray BC-5380
Mindray BC-5380
Повышенная точность результатов обеспечена дифференцированным лазерным рассеиванием, в зависимости от размеров клетки и сложности гранул. Специальная система химического окрашивания помогает лаборанту обнаружить образцы с нарушениями, которые требуют дополнительного обследования;
Автоматизация рабочего процесса позволяет работать сразу с 30 пробами. Аппарат поддерживает не только стандартные пробирки, но и фирменные Microtainer;
Минимальный необходимый объем крови для проведения исследования. Сегодня он составляет всего 20 мкл для анализа с использованием лейкоцитарной формулы и 15 мкл для общего анализа крови;
Экономичность устройства. Расход реагентов минимальный, что позволяет значительно экономить медицинской организации на содержании лаборатории;
