Что делать если Вас кикает панкбастер из игры?

Мы уже писали про проблемы с играми которые требуют Punkbuster — Проблемы с играми требующие PunkBuster. В статье мы дали ссылку на полностью рабочий Punkbuster и показали на примере как решить проблему с тем что при подключении к серверу спустя несколько минут или секунд игрока выкидывает с сервера. А в этой статье мы опишем еще одно решение проблем с Punkbuster-ом, который иногда очень сильно мешает. Часто встречаемая проблема у тех кто решил поиграть в Battlefield так это ошибка которая появляется при подключении к серверам:

А еще чаще бывает так что панкбастер кикает игроков и указывает на другую ошибку, якобы программа не установлена:

И сейчас мы разберемся как это избавиться от этих ошибок. Ну первое что нужно сделать так это установить Punkbuster, скачать его можно по этой ссылке — Скачать Punkbuster.

Теперь перейдем к решению проблем. Если еще вчера вы могли зайти на любой сервер и играть без проблем, а сегодня Вас кикает из игры пакбастер или вовсе уведомляет о том что он не установлен, то решить эти проблем можно несколькими способами:

• Ну первый способ банальный, просто попробуйте перезагрузить компьютер, иногда бывает что программа некорректно работает. После перезагрузки возможно не будет такой же ошибки.
• Если после перезагрузки все так же появляются ошибки, то убедитесь что Punkbuster установлен. В папке с игрой должна быть папка с названием PB. Если она имеется то идем дальше.
• Третьим способом попробуйте переустановить панкбастер, в папке с игрой отыщите папку PB и удалите все что в ней есть и установите заново. Перезагрузите компьютер.
• И последний способ который помог лично мне с игрой Battlefield Bad Company 2. Вам нужно будет скачать архив распаковать его и запустить. После того как Вы запустите файл pbsvc.exe у Вас появится вот такое окно в котором выбираете Install/Re-install Punkbuster Services и жмете Next>:

Далее появится окно в котором Вам предложат принять или отказаться от пользовательского соглашения, ну тут думаю все понятно (прочтёте и согласитесь, если соглашение Вас устраивает)

После того как соглашение будет принято появится следующее окно на котором видно что и куда устанавливается:

После успешной установки программа оповестит Вас вот таким вот сообщением:

Жмете ОК. На предыдущем окне жмете Finish. Перезагружаете компьютер. Пытаетесь зайти в игру и подключиться к серверам. Если Вы снова видите ошибку то проделайте все действия еще раз, но запустив установщик от имени администратора. Ну вот и все! Надеемся информация окажется полезной.

Already installed the most up to date version of Punkbuster from the offical website.

Already deinstalled Punkbuster and Reinstalled it again.

Already changed the properties of the .EXE to compability mode.

Already changed the .EXE to «run as admin»

Already restarted the PC countless times

Already deactivated all AntiVir + Firewalls

Already tried to use different browers

I just had this issue for the past two days. I haven’t played the BF games for years now but own them all lol. I never had an issue but after installing BF3 I kept on getting kicked with the same error as you. This is what I have found that worked to fix the issue, for me at least.

1) Delete the PunkBuster Folder in the C:Users»YourName»AppDataLocal

2) Navegate to Program Files (x86)Origin GamesBattlefield 3pb

Once in the «pb» folder delete everything in there.

3) Download the PBSETUP.EXE from EvenBalance to the PB folder you just deleted
everything from.

4) Run the setup and complete the process and updates as it tells you.

5) Add Battlefield 3 to its list if needed.

До обновления все было нормально, после кикает через пару минут, переустановка удаление и всякие танцы с бубном не помоги, при попытке зайти на сайт www.evenbalance.com пишет что не может зайти, через американский прокси заходит, IP у меня Украинский, при попытке обновить и установить Punkbuster выдает ошибки( на скиринах)

Error loading pbag this pb server requires

Kept having a real problem last night on BF2 and worked out how to solve it. I thought I’d share it with you in case you ever need it.

The problem occurs on certain servers (including EA’s own) where you need Punkbuster enabled. You play for about a minute or two and you are kicked from the game with a message (something to the effect of)

You have been kicked via PunkBuster (for 0 minutes). This PB Server Requires (A1360 C1.199) — error loading pbag

If you are getting this error, first of all, make a note of the versions (Axxxx and Cxxxx) mentioned. Then quit BF2.

There are two files which PunkBuster uses; an «A» and a «C» file. The versions required are the ones displayed. Go to the installation folder of Battlefield 2. I think by default it’s «c:program filesbattlefield 2» (mine’s not default so I couldn’t be 100% sure.) Within that folder, there’s a folder called «pb». Go in there. Now enter the «htm» folder.

There will be a few files listed. If you look at the names you will see the version numbers of the files are a bit familiar from the error message within BF2.

Referring to your notes of the error shown in BF2, check for existance of the numbers in the file names. In my case, it was 1360 and 1199. I had xxx1199.htm and xxxx1361.htm — but not xxxx1360.htm. It appears PB needs all the older files too.

Go to http://www.evenbalance.com and select Battlefield 2 from the game list. Click the «Software Updates: Download» link. Now, on that page there are 6 files under «Client files». Look for the links to the Windows (or whatever your OS is) file which is closest to the one you want. In my case, I needed xxxx1360 so I chose the link to xxxx1361.

The instructions on that page tell you to right-click and save as. Ignore this. Click on the link and let the page load. Go to the address bar and change the address to the code number you need. Therefore, I changed http://. /1361.htm to 1360.htm. Once it has fully loaded, go to File, then «Save As. «. Save this into the battlefield 2/pb/htm folder.

This should now solve the problem because it worked for me. Sorry if it hasn’t!

This is what happens when you use 1990’s technology today.

How is PunkBuster still here today ?

Their website looks like it hasn’t even changed from the 1990’s.

A bloody disappointment, waited for the game to download and now this. After 5 mins disconnected all the time.

The usual reply today will be «wait for the update», where the he** were your beta testers ?

Yeap I downloaded pbsetup on the evenbalance web site. When I did the update it updated both the client and server sets.

Client Version (v2.332 | A1390)

Server Version (v1.880 | A1390 | C2.332)

Is that normal? Playing on a server where pb set to OFF is fine FYI, although my game did freeze after 20 mins. (Unrelated to this issue of course).

oh gosh I am having that issue too, freaking stupid. I never had any issue on battlefield 3, why now?

It seems many people are having punkbuster issues. Here is a guide to troubleshooting and reinstalling punkbuster written by EA_AgentX that many help some of you resolve your Punkbuster woes.

PunkBuster is not an EA-made program. It is developed by Even Balance and used in many online games.

You must appeal any PunkBuster Ban with Even Balance by opening a ticket by finding and clicking your game on the Support page and then clicking «Web Ticket System.» EA Advisors cannot overturn PunkBuster Bans

Can I play without it?
You are not required to use PunkBuster. However, you will not be able to join any server that runs PunkBuster Services. There are servers that do not use PunkBuster services, but lack of anti-cheat software can definitely degrade your gaming experience.

How do I install PunkBuster?
Even Balance, Inc. are the developers of the anti-cheat software, PunkBuster. Working with game developers, they have created a tool to help identify cheaters in-game and remove them. Any server that runs PunkBuster enforces PunkBuster bans because no one wants to play with a cheater.

1. Get the latest version of PunkBuster Updater HERE (Mac OSX gamers click HERE ) .

2. Double click pbsetup.zip.

3. Extract pbsetup.exe to somewhere on your computer.

4. Double click pbsetup.exe (For Vista/Win7/Win8 users, right-click the file and select to run as Admin).

5. Click on Add Game.

6. Click on the Game drop down menu and select your title, in this case, Battlefield 3.

7. The box Game Path should automatically complete itself, but if it doesn’t click Browse and navigate to where you installed the game and then click on Add Game.

8. You will now see your game in the main window, click Check for Updates.

9. A window should pop up with a progress bar and update to the newest version of PunkBuster for the game, after it has finished a notification will appear, click Ok and you are done.

How do I update PunkBuster?
While PunkBuster is designed to update itself, there can be an error and manually updating via PBSetup is recommended.

Occasionally, you may receive various errors regarding PunkBuster Services not running. Some other software programs such as virus scanners, firewalls and Internet security software packages are suspicious of any new services and kernel drivers when they are first released. Some of these will block PunkBuster components thereby causing the «Losing Key Packets» kicking. Until these various packages are updated to correctly identify PnkBstrA.exe, PnkBstrB.exe, and PnkBstrK.sys as components of the PunkBuster Anti-Cheat System, players who experience PunkBuster kicks due to these conflicts need to either manually adjust the settings of the other software running on their system or disable the other software while playing on PunkBuster enabled servers.

Make sure PnkBstr.exe is on your exceptions list of your firewall/anti-virus software to ensure it can communicate properly with the PunkBuster servers. You can check your anti-virus/firewall software manual for instructions on adding exceptions.

Make sure all PunkBuster Services are installed and running by downloading PBSVC.EXE from Even Balance.
Save the file to your Desktop for easy access.

Double click the file and select “Run”.

Choose “Install/Re-Install PunkBuster Service”.
This will ensure PnkBstrA.exe and PnkBstrB.exe are installed and running properly.

If you still get kicks, such as “Can’t Initialize PnkBstrB.exe”, go to the Start Menu. In the “Run/Search” bar, type “services.msc” and press Enter.

Scroll through the list and find PnkBstrA and PnkBstrB. If they are not running (Check the Status column), right click each and select “Start”.

How do I uninstall PunkBuster?
You can remove PunkBuster for PC by going to the Control Panel – Programs & Features (Add/Remove Programs for Classic View) within Windows. If you’re having trouble auto-updating or running PBSetup.exe, it may help by removing PunkBuster from your system for a clean installation.

Click Uninstall/Change to remove PunkBuster Services from your computer. Note: You will not be able to join any matches of games that user Punkbuster until you re-install it. As with any uninstallation procedures, make sure to restart your PC to finalize any system changes.

You can also uninstall PunkBuster Services by running PBSVC.EXE and choose the “Uninstall PunkBuster Services” option

If you follow the steps above and still have issues, you may try clean-booting your PC or opening a trouble ticket at evenbalance.com

1. Откройте в Панели Управления — Программы и компоненты.

2. Найдите и удалите там PunkBuster Services.

3. Перезагрузите компьютер.

4. Запускайте игру через ланчер. Он автоматом установит последнюю версию античита.

2-й метод решения проблемы:

1. Откройте APB ReloadedBinaries и удалите там папку pb.

2. Перейдите по этой ссылке и скачай PunkBuster.

3. Запустите файл pbsetup.exe. Нажмите I Agree и OK.

4. Теперь нажмите Add a Game и выберите APB Reloaded.

5. Укажите путь к папке Binaries (. APB ReloadedBinaries).

6. Нажмите Add Game и Check for Updates.

7. После обновления, нажмите ОК и закройте приложение.

что-то мне кажется, что криво переустановили
Как переустановить PunkBuster?

1. Сначала заходим в папку с игрой Battlefield 3__Installerpunkbusterredist 2. Запускаем pbsvc с правами администратора, делаем uninstall всех сервисов PB. 3. Удаляем папку pb из папки с игрой, [путь до игры]pb, затем удаляем из С:Users[пользователь]AppDataLocalPunkbuster, всю папку PunkBuster. 3. Затем перегружаемся. 4. Запускаем всё тот же скаченный pbsvc с правами администратора, делаем Install всех сервисов PB.

5. Потом открываем Диспетчер Задач -> Службы, смотрим чтобы были запущены обе службы PnkBstrA и PnkBstrB, если какая-то из них не запущена, запускаем вручную. И в свойствах прописываем способ восстановления.

Прошу помогите я попытался войти в игру Prototype прошло менее 3 секунд меня выкидывает из игры и.
