Technical Manual

The recently attached scaler electronics module cannot be used since the current version of

the software on the MCB does not have up-to-date information. All other functions are in use,

except for the new scaler. Update the MCB software.

Polymerization light bulb is blown or not properly attached

The MCB monitors the current flowing from the IPS to the curing light bulb. If the current is

abnormally small then this error is generated. Check the bulb and the condition of the bulb

socket. Some lights (LYSTA) have in series with the bulb connected a temperature fuse, that

might have triggered (overheating). Check also the condition of the quick-connector pins. If it

still does not come on, check that the micromotor or the scaler operates to make sure that the

cables in the arm between the MCB and IMUX are OK.

Satelec mini L.E.D. polymerization light requires IMUX PCB

The usage of the Satelec mini L.E.D. requires the IMUX PCB version F or later.

Первый раз сталкиваюсь с Planmeca — когда включаешь микроэлектромотор (особенно, если резко включить высокие обороты) выдаёт ошибку Е36,2.

Снял плату с датчиками давления-датчик на spray air пробит(пропускает воздух) и через него стало выбрасывать капли воды. Собрал так- стало выдавать Е39 и турбина работает следующим образом: на 100% вращение слабое(реально где-то на 60-70%) и когда отпускаешь педаль через несколько секунд включается на 100% кратковременно( а должна вкл.продувка) Может плату залило? Короча установка живет своей жизнью! Наверное надо менять плату с датчиками! У кого какие предложения?

Были проблемы с данным аппаратом, начались сразу же после установки, с новья, но это было лет восемь назад. Были проблемы с водой спрея, то нет, чуть добавишь — заливает, с воздухом тоже были какие-то проблемы — уже не помню. В итоге поменял и плату датчиков и основную плату. Перемудрили финны с этой установкой, электронные датчики давления — это зло.

Есть такой yes Но там ещё есть регулировка на самом распределительном блоке, плавной регулировки, конечно, не добиться, но уменьшить поток можно.

1) Там файлик по расшифровке ошибок и технический мануал по планмеке компакт I.
2) В установке Compact i, два вида блока контрольных датчиков. Первый совсем древний, таблеточки на 4 (если не ошибаюсь) ножках вот это да, геморрой, постоянно перепаивать, это их болезнь. Второй более поздний, с этим мало что происходит.
В этом случае:
1) проверить общее входящее давление на клапане внизу;
2) проверить давление на общей приходящей трубке в пульте;
3) не разбирая датчики можно проверить при помощи сервисного меню. Заходишь в n.38, влево на A (air-воздух) и потихоньку перекрываешь общий входной клапан внизу. Если давление долго не падает, а потом сразу падает на большое количество единиц, значит датчик (для начала хорошо продуть все контакты), если не помогает, то замена.

а вот это уже скорее всего накрылся клапан подачи вод в спрей. лечится заменой. проверить можно очень просто, с левой стороны эти клапана. махнуть местами какой нибудь, посмотреть, что будет.

всё менять — на хлеб не заработаешь . надо уметь и лечить. причин три — загрязнённость штока(почистить) , усталость пружины( чуть раздвинуть — но это не решение), ненормальное давление на воде (выставить не помню , 2? атм). если это не поможет — поменять местами клапана спрея (вода и воздух), (клапан рабочего воздуха — другой) и конечно научить доктора кнопочки нажимать.

Доброго времени суток. Столкнулся вот с такой хитрой установкой.
Ошибка E36.1 говорит что на датчике давления напряжение больше 5-ти вольт
1)Сам датчик менял(перекидывал с воды) Ситуация не изменилась.
2)Клапана тоже перекидывал местами,реакции 0
Может есть у кого кусок схемы? Или же сервис мануал на русском?

На установке такая проблема-при работе слюноотсоса начинает мигать светильник( отключается и включается с определенными промежутками).Врач говорит что началось после ремонта сепаратора. Кто с таким сталкивался?

Была в моей практике такая проблема.
Был неисправен электроклапан подачи охлаждающего воздуха на бор в столике врача.
Поломка проявлялась следующим образом: при выборе любого вращательного инструмента, без нажатия на педаль слегка продувался воздух через канал охлаждения бора. Вот по этому возникала ошибка 36.2, клапан попросту не закрывал подачу воздуха и датчик не мог справиться с давлением.
Вылечилось заменой электроклапана. В теории, можно поменять только сам запирающий сердечник клапана (я сам не пробовал за неимением оного).

Добрый день, коллеги!
Прошу помощи коллективного разума. Установка 2003 г.в. выдала ошибку НЕ 17 (не видит пустер ). Шланг с пустером исправны (переставляли с рабочей установки), адресная прописка шланга в наличии. Проблема: — нет воды с пустера.
Подскажите куда копать, на каком этапе и что её может блокировать (закопаться в установку хотя бы на денёк из-за плотного приёма нет возможности, да и разобрать/собрать канал подачи в блоке врача тот ещё квест).
Заранее признателен.

Используемое давление воды должно быть в диапазоне 300-900 КПа (3 — 9 бар) с потоком не менее 4 л/мин. Вода должна быть питьевого качества и не содержать частиц размера большего чем 5 мкм, что может заблокировать маленькие трубки в стоматологической установке. Если водоснабжение содержит частицы размером более 5 мкм на входе воды должен быть установлен доступный фильтр (5 мкм).

В стоматологических установках с системой обеззараживания воды Planmeca WEK диапазон давления должен быть 300 — 600 кПа (3 — 6 бар).  Если вода имеет жесткость, превышающую 8 ° dH (1 ° dH = 20 мг кальция/ 3л воды), то должен быть установлен смягчитель воды на водозаборной трубе. Жесткая вода может очень быстро испортить стоматологическую установку.

ЗАМЕЧАНИЕ:

Вода также используется для промывки и очистки линии всасывания. По умолчанию для промывки установлен поток 300 мл/мин.

Используемое давление воздуха должно быть в диапазоне 550-900 кПа (5,5-9 бар) с потоком не менее 55 л/мин. Для обеспечения установки чистым, сухим воздухом без масла должен использоваться компрессор с осушителем воздуха

Линия должна иметь постоянный уклон не менее 1% и должна пропускать поток не менее 10 л/мин.

Сливная линия не должна иметь сильных изгибов и любых других препятствий, которые могут создать обратное давление. Не используйте одну и ту же линию водоотвода с другим стоматологическим оборудованием или мойками.

Статический вакуум должен быть не менее 150 мбар. Вакуумный помпа должна создавать поток не менее 550 л/мин при измерении в точке монтажа установки.
Линия вакуума должна быть оснащена клапаном калибровки всасывания, который ограничивает максимальный вакуум до 140 мбар.
Избегайте использования сильных изгибов или соединений в линии всасывания. Герметизируйте все соединения, чтобы избежать утечки воздуха.
Следует соблюдать осторожность, чтобы избежать образования конденсата, особенно когда труба подвергается воздействию различных температур окружающей среды. При необходимости нужно использовать влагоуловитель

3. Крепление стоматологической

Пол должен быть ровным. Бетонный пол должен быть толщиной не менее 50 мм. Прочность бетона должна быть типа С20 / 25- C50 / 60 (в соответствии со стандартом EN 206-1: 2000), бетон без трещин. Необходимое крепежное оборудование зависит от материала пола.
Если пол сделан из бетона или камня, есть две возможности прикрепить устройство:

Метрические винты (2 шт. M8x25 DIN 912 и 2 шт. M8x35 DIN 912) и дюбели: Просверлите отверстия диаметром 10 мм, глубиной 55… 60 мм.

Шурупы для бетона: Просверлите отверстия диаметром 8 мм, глубиной 75 мм.

С любыми другими типами полов следует использовать монтажную плиту.

Замечание:

Все служебные трубы / трубки заканчиваются на 25-50 мм (1-2 дюйма) над полом. Все кабели
 
на 1000 мм над полом, если не указано иное.

  5. Сетевой кабель питания 3×2,5 мм2 (230 В, 10 А). 700 мм выше от пола.
  6. Электричество: пластиковая труба наружная не менее Ø 50 мм.
