Добрый день. Не отображает персонажей. Также, при попытке создания нового не показывает модель. Если я пытаюсь войти в игру, то на экране бесконечно будет висеть фраза о входе. В чем причина? Как можно это исправить? Перед этим долгое время игра не запускалась вообще, выдавало ошибку «modelsplayers…» (что-то такое)

Models player mdl error

hi,
i am looking for help with these errors:
ERROR: couldn’t open custom.hpk.
FATAL ERROR (shutting down): Mod_NumForName: models/player.mdl not found

i have Dust2 only server,amx 1.8.1,linux

that files are there,where it should be. but server is shuting down and i dont know where is problem

please someone help thanks 🙂

remove the file called player.mdl in the models directory.
model names must be like this:

Make your own thread. Don’t use someone else’s thread.

Go download a random player model.. name it player put it in models/player/ have it named player.mdl then do exact same but have a copy of it in player/player/

If that doesn’t work you have obviously added a 3rd party plugin, in the year’s i have worked with deddys/real servers this has never happened to me before unless i had a 3rd party plugin.

reinstall amxx 1.8.1 and all your plugins (don’t copy past the old ones).

Your best bet would be go through each .sma for all those plugins from 3rd party down. and look for player.mdl in the code with the find button on most wordpads and notepads. Need anymore help give me a pm ill give you further assistance 🙂

i reinstal the server and reinstal all plugins. and that error about player.mdl is not there yet. (only about that custom.hpk but its not error that crash server 🙂 )
