If you are trying to play Minecraft in your Oculus Quest using QuestCraft and all you see is infinite loading, well you are not alone. This is issue is caused by an error and will probably patched in the future version of QuestCraft. However, you can try these simple fixes to solve this issue.

1. Reboot the Quest

2. Open the Launcher

3. Press “Select Account” instead of “Sign In”

Fix 2:

1. Restart your headset

2. When logging in, select “Keep Me Logged In”

3. Make sure your Renderer is correct (3rd option) and that the fabric version is selected.

4. Load and wait, do not leave the headset during this period

Fix 3:

Try tuning your RAM allocation.

1. Open PojavLauncher

2. Go to Settings, Java Tweaks, and change your memory allocation

Fix 4:

1. Uninstall the apk from your headset, and check your files to make sure the net.kdt.pojavlaunch.debug folder is gone.

2. Download the most recent APK from github, and make sure you have sideloaded it first!

3. Download these files, extract it, and replace your net.kdt.pojavlaunch.debug with them.

4. Make sure you select the correct renderer, press OK instead of Play Anyways when given a prompt to do so, and select the fabric loader at the bottom. If this does not work, please submit a ticket or wait for the new update.

Hi,
It finally worked for me after selecting Ultimate Gl4es from Renderer. It needs to make it’s thing about 2 mins, then you just pop in the menu, after that you could select Fast graphics from Video settings but it will crash again and you need to restart, for better perfomance, as far as I know.

i dont have the ultimate gl4es option what version are you on?

As far as I know, I am on the latest version. Try reinstalling it.

Minecraft Java Edition в VR (с плагином Vivecraft)

Для начала, загрузите версию Minecraft Java Edition с официального сайта minecraft.net

Затем, необходимо будет установить плагин Vivecraft для работы в режиме VR.

  1. Скачайте Minecraft Java Edition с сайта minecraft.net

  4. Скачайте файл «vivecraft-x.xx.x-jrbudda-VR-x-x-installer.jar«
  5. Запустите установщик Minecraft и в настройках увеличьте доступный размер памяти до 4Гб. (“Profile RAM Allocation”)
  6. После успешной установки, закройте лаунчер Mincraft (если был открыт) и запустите файл установки vivecraft скачанный ранее.
  7. Установите подключение Quest 2 к ПК (Oculus LinkAirLink или Virtual Desktop)
  8. Запустите на ПК лаунчер Minecraft. Гарнитура при этом должна быть включена.
  9. Убедитесь, что в лаунчере выбрана версия Minecraft вида: Vivecraft x.xx (это значит, что все прошло без ошибок)
  10. Запустите Майнкрафт, нажав на кнопку в лаунчере и наденьте гарнитуру Quest 2. Спустя некоторое время вы увидите VR картинку.

Minecraft Windows (версия Bedrock)

Minecraft Windows (так же называемая Bedrock Edition) может быть знакома вам, если вы играете через магазин Windows, Xbox или со своего смартфона.

Minecraft Bedrock edition отличается тем, что предлагает игроку кроссплатформенный геймплей на разных устройствах. Между ПК, Xbox или смартфонами.

В версии Java Edition представленной выше, вы могли играть только с игроками, имеющими ту же версию и одинаковые игровые устройства.

Однако, у версии Bedrock есть и недостаток, ввиду сравнительно меньшего количества модов и плагинов.

Как запустить Minecraft Bedrock edition в VR на Oculus Quest 2

  1. Загрузите и установите Minecraft Bedrock с официального сайта minecraft.net или магазина Windows
  2. Щелкните правой кнопкой мыши на вашем рабочем столе на ПК и выберите «Создать — Ярлык»
  3. В поле пути к приложению в свойствах ярлыка вставьте minecraft://Mode/?OpenXR=true и нажмите «Далее»
  4. Назовите ярлык как вам удобно, чтобы отличать его от ярлыка оригинальной версии Minecraft
  5. Установите подключение к гарнитуре при помощи Oculus LinkAirLink (Virtual Desktop работать не будет)

Шаги для установки Minecraft Java Edition в гарнитуру Quest 2

  1. Включите в гарнитуре режим разработчика
  2. Загрузите приложение PojavLauncher в вашу гарнитуру. Ссылка на GitHub или можно найти в Google Play
  3. Подключите к гарнитуре Bluetooth джойстик (желательно)
  4. В меню гарнитуры, в разделе «Неизвестные источники» найдите и запустите приложение Launch PojavLauncher
  5. Войдите в аккаунт или зарегистрируйтесь
  6. Нажмите «Play» для загрузки и установки Minecraft в гарнитуру. ВНИМАНИЕ! Не все версии корректно работают на Quest 2.
  7. Дождитесь загрузки и можно играть.

Как установить QuestCraft на Oculus Quest 2

Quest Craft, использующий MCX и PojavLauncher, представляет собой отдельный порт Minecraft: Java Edition для гарнитур Oculus Quest.

  • Скачайте приложение apk с сайта SideQuest
  • Загрузите приложение в гарнитуру, используя программу SideQuest
  • Рядом с кнопкой «Download App» нажмите на стрелочку и выберите «Download app (pcvr)»
  • Распакуйте на компьютере скачанный архив
  • Папку Android из архива переместите в гарнитуру (рядом с папкой Alarms)
  • Откройте PojavLauncher, перейдите в Настройки-> Видео и средства визуализации-> Нажмите средства визуализации и выберите 3-й вариант
  • Выберите профиль Fabric
  • Нажмите Play

You need to migrate from a mojang account on the Minecraft website

if so, the you need to run the game atleast once on pc before using QC

I had this issue and it was resolved by installing Minecraft Java edition on my computer (Mac in this case), launching it, logging into my Microsoft account and setting up a Minecraft Java username. This seems to have activated my profile. After that I was able to login to my Microsoft account using QuestCraft on my Quest 2 without any problem.

This has been an infuriating experience. I keep getting this error too. I am trying to help my son play minecraft on VR and it has taken me 2 days and I am still unsuccessful. Please help!! He was playing on ipad for years. Not sure if it was free or if we bought something years ago. I don’t think he was ever signed in for mojang or microsoft. At the beginning of this jpurney I signed him in with my microsoft account. When we first got the error I bought the minecraft for windows starter collection for 30 bucks. I used my microsoft account to purchase. I read above about migrating, but I don’t have a mojang account so I don’t think that is the issue. I launched on PC and then tried but still same error. I restarted everything and tried again. I don’t think this package came with the «java edition» and I certainly don’t want to spend more money!! Any suggestions????

You don’t have a Java edition account you have bedrock on the iPad
Luckily Java is going to be coming free with minecraft windows 10 during the summer. And if you own Xbox game pass you also get minecraft for free
