Ксерокс отличный печалька в том, что модель AR-5516 уже снята с производства.
Итак приступим к сбросу счётчиков, вход в сервисное меню:
1) входим в сервисный режим # — Interrupt — Clear — Interrupt
2) сбрасываем человечка (обслуживание) 20 — Start — 01 — Start — CA
3) сбрасываем фотобарабан 24 — Start — 07 — Start — CA
4) сбрасываем солнышко (девелопер) 24 — Start — 06 — Start — CA или 42 — Start — 01 — Start — CA

Register or Login нашел как программно обнулить счетчики. не помогло. Я так понимаю он по чипу на картридже заблокировался. Сам чип с 4 контактами. Как и положено. Дамп у меня есть. Теперь вопрос. Распиновку может кто подскажет? Вот собственно и сам чип. Контакты стрелками обозначены. За качество фото пардон изначально. На мобильник снимал.

Если CH горит постоянно — это не закрыта фронтальная или боковая крышки (микрики надо смотреть), если CH мигает — то отсутствует блок проявки или же он не до конца вставлен.

Правильный вопрос! А чем Вы занимаетесь, если не рекламируете лапатушку. И без него есть чем эти чипы шить. Программатор любой для i2c подходит, а программы для х901 много у кого есть и у форумчан. И может даже и я здесь выкладывал их, точно не помню, но если надо скину.

Аппарат отличный, жаль что именно этот уже снят с производства.
Итак, вход в сервисное меню:

14 — — Сброс всех ошибок (кроме U2), например ошибка Н4 или Н3

21 01 — Установка цикла обслуживания

24 06 — Сброс счетчика девелопера «солнышко»
К стати, на заметку из опыта.
Сервисники долго мучались с чипом для этого устройства.
т.е. ставят новый чип, он не работает нивкакую, а потом ставят старый — работает как миленький.
Итого фокус повторяется каждую заправку. Он заправляется, ставится новый чип, Шарп ругается, ставится старый чип — работаем. Уже более 50 000 копий пройдено. тьфу-тьфу-тьфу.
