Проблемы с засыпкой соли

В течение двух лет эксплуатации прекрасно работал, регулярно засыпали таблетированную соль в сухое пространство (для засыпки), но полгода назад появилась появилась вода почти на весь объём этого пространства, продолжаем засыпать соль в неё( по рекомендации специалиста из магазина); соль очень быстро в ней растворяется, вода пожелтела, появился осадок, наблюдается застой этой воды-раствора. Вопрос: всё-таки, соль должна засыпаться в пустое пространство или в воду???

Ошибка Е1 не исчезает

Добрый день. Утром солевой бак наполовину наполнен водой и на дне соль, хотя с вечера соли было достаточно. Ошибка Е1 и звуковой сигнал. После отключения трансформатора на табло горит НО и громкие щелчки. Через минуту снова высвечивается ошибка Е1 и звуковой сигнал. И так многократно, ошибка не исчезает

Судя по всему, забился внутренний самоочищающийся фильтр WaterBoss. Постепенно стало ухудшаться давление подачи воды во все краны, и сейчас уже совсем слабое. При отключении фильтра из системы, напор становится нормальным. Можно ли как-то прочистить этот фильтр?

Здравствуйте. Сегодня с утра обнаружили , что вода стала жёсткой , заглянули в бойлерную , а там фильтр пищит и на табло выдаёт ошибку Е1. Что с ним ? Что делать ? Что заменить ?
