I obtained an error message displayed in the window as ‘O+’ when i try to run the (.exe)application software from the DVD RW Drive.Below is the proof for this error,

I think this error is because of try to running the application within the cd/dvd drive  instead of copying to the system drive.But such errors are very rare to see across the pc’s.

Solution :Check for hardware failure like loose cable,loose disk controller card or a cable failure.If  it founds any flaw in the hardware then simply replace it with new flawless hardware.This event causes an error, while ejecting ‘DVD RW drive’

I found this error from event viewer.But i cannot find any solution from Microsoft’s event log online help.
Generally,Program compatibility assistant service provides support for the program compatibility assistant which has been shortly called as PCA.This PCA monitors programs installed and run by the user and detects known compatibility problems.If this service is stopped then pca will not function properly.

I think this problem happens when PCA service found difficulties to perform initialization steps at different phase for the new application experienced.
