У меня тоже самое, так еще и пароль от семейных настроек незнаю, а там включен контент контроль.

Помог звонок в саппорт, сбросили пароль, оказывается у майков саппорт отличный, объясняют и общаются не пренебрежительно) Ошибка прошла вместе со сбросом пэрентал)

Hi. I’m have an xbox 360 and an error code saying:there’s a problem with the Xbox service. Try again later. I’ve tried almost everything. I have cleared my cache and my connection is fine. This has been like this for 3 days. Can anyone help? Thanks

It’s a stretch, but the main xbox help page recommends multiple cache clears, it’s worth a shot.

Status code 800700E8 for a week now? XBL live chat is useless.
my dear redditors I really need your help. I’ve been getting the above mentioned code for over a week now when I want to open/check a full game/demo on the xbox360 dashboard. The XBL live chat could do shit about this. I’ve had three chat sessions with no success. I’m also unable to puchase on the Xbox website and download the XBL free games, BUT I am able to join XBL game sessions. What we’ve tried so far: restarted the wifi router, tested the XBL network connection, removed-readded the payment options (paypal is not available for my region), deleted marketplace data and cache more times that I could count. Deleted, then readded my profle and reset the xbox. Also it says ‘Recommendations not available’ where the recommended games should be displayed. Any help or idea would be greatly appreciated.

Всё что нужно сделать для фикса ошибки 0x800700e9 в Microsoft Store это включить службу «Оптимизация доставки», если она отключена то поставить автозапуск и если не даёт запустить то просто перезапустите пк и она включится.
Скорее всего у вас будут проблемы «Ошибка доступа» при изменении параметров службы, тут нужно через реестр по пути «КомпьютерHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetServicesDoSvc«
менять параметр «Start» на значение «2» и перезапустить пк. Как только нажмёте качать всё запустится, если не получится то сбрасывайте кэши у MS Store и пробуйте снова, у меня пошло всё сразу.
На своём пк установил без проблем, на другом начался гемор с этой ошибкой, 2 дня искал решение чтобы без идuотизма а-ля «переустановить винду». Всё оказалось достаточно банально.
