Put back into machine the device option that is missing.
Or you can clear all machine options and after that reload the options do you have.

Entering UI Diagnostics- At the Control Panel, press and hold the 0 key for 6 seconds, then press the Start button while still pressing the 0 key.
The CE — Passcode screen will appear. - Enter the Access Number 6789 and press Confirm.
The colors on the display are reversed to indicate that UI Diagnostics mode is active.
Accessing Diagnostic routines- Press the Machine Status button on the Control Panel.
- Select the Tools tab on the UI.
- Under Features column, use the down arrow and scroll to and select Maintenance / Diagnostics.
Procedure
- Access Diagnostic Routines.
- Enter UI Diagnostics ( UI Diagnostic Mode).
- Select Sub System.
- Select Initialize Hard Disk and select Partition A.
- Press the Start button and select Yes.
- When Partition A has been initialized is displayed, select Confirm
- Access Diagnostic Routines.
- At the Control Panel, press and hold the 0 key for 6 seconds, then press the Start button while still pressing the 0 key.

идентификации 802.1x. Проверьте соединение между аппаратом и
сервером идентификации.

Ошибка сертификата идентификации 802.1x. Корневой сертификат для
сертификата сервера идентификации не установлен на аппарате или он
недействительный. Импортируйте на аппарат действительный корневой
сертификат. Или установите для настройки [Проверка сертификата
сервера] опцию [Отключено].
